Here are a few fun facts about me:

1.	I grew up in Lithuania but have lived in Sweden since 2009. 
2.	Currently a university student of IBM program, planning to graduate summer 2024. Still trying to figure out who I wanna be when I grow up. 
3.	A former personal trainer and fitness enthusiast but won’t say no to a cookie. 
4.	Every job I got led me somewhere I did not expect. Whether it’s meeting the most fantastic people and making connections or learning skills I will have with me for the rest of my life. 
5.	Currently working for DPOrganizer with a fun and ambitious team that will move the mountains. 
6.	Former artsy person. One day I’d like to get back into arts as a hobby.
7.	I secretly judge people who don’t like The Office or Brooklyn 99. 
8.	Sometimes I still say “so delicious, fergalicious”  (where my Millennials at?)

Pi Cafe and Bakery

In charge of the social media strategy for Pi Café (a coffee shop and bakery in Kuwait), I created a highly effective social media strategy focused on social channels with highly visual communication.  


In addition, I was responsible for:  

 
Managing cross-channel marketing campaigns, both top of the funnel and direct conversion, to build a strong and engaged customer base. Increasing following by 1000 followers shortly after joining the team. 

Creative briefing for the graphic design team and collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to build a strong brand image, align brand visual guidelines with marketing messaging 

Content strategy and major CRO initiatives and resource allocation among high-impact influencers co-campaigns, managing an influencer budget of 20,000$ 

Monitoring marketing performances across channels, A/B testing and optimizing in order to increase customer’s CLV and decrease CAC, optimizing budget and ad ROI 

Executing an on-line-on-offline strategy, organizing events and building a community 

Building partnership networks with university campuses and creating loyalty programs

Kettle

As a Marketing Intern at Kettle, I was responsible for executing a B2B marketing strategy in the US market through social media, content strategy, and email marketing. 

 

I was responsible for: 

Creating on-brand LinkedIn content aimed at educating enterprise decision makers and C-suite generating leads through content marketing, business case studies, lead magnets and testimonials 

Coordinating and assisting the senior staff in the company's marketing strategy transition from targeting the HR sector to targeting real estate, significantly improving the company's position in the market 

Assisting email marketing campaigns by providing segmentation analysis, increasing the effectiveness of email campaigns and MQL/SQL conversion rates

Etereofashion

Founder of Etero Fashion, I managed all marketing and brand activities and a high-performing team of freelancers in successively expanding the brand into markets such as the Middle East, North America, Europe, and South Africa, generating more than 20,000$ in sales.  

 

My responsibilities included:  

Developing a content strategy, unifying messaging and brand positioning across various touchpoints  

Creating visuals and messaging targeting women across the globe  

Managing all financial and merchandising operations, including supplier management and sourcing and pricing strategy, generating over 9000$ through promotions and more than 11,000$ through regular sales 

Creating the company's brand image across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok appealing to strong/confident women  

Owning all product development strategy and operations, managing logistics across  Asia and the United States and creating packaging  

Built influencer marketing strategy and partnership, allowing the brand to grow in South Africa, Canada, and France 

Managed a team of 8 freelancers—including IT professionals, graphic designers, and a social media manager

Passionate about marketing and people, I strive to connect both! 

I focus on human connections. My passion lies in using my skills to build trust and brand image, enabling companies to establish long-term connections with their customers. 

I believe that in the era of social media, how we communicate with customers deeply shapes the perception of the brand. This is why I am passionate and genuinely believe in the power of uplifting brands with social media marketing. 

I engage with customers and analyze their wants and needs to create impactful marketing campaigns across markets such as Europe, the Americas and the Middle East, inspiring customers and converting users along the customer journey, creating unforgettable visual content and messaging. 

Along my marketing journey, I have also founded a successful e-commerce company.  

I am pursuing my Bachelor's and Masters degree at MDU in Sweden and looking for an entry/associate level marketing role.  

Major achievements: 

Increased brand engagement and gained 1,000 new Instagram followers 

Managed a $20,000 influencer marketing campaign as part of a larger content marketing strategy 

 B2B conversion rates, reaching 2.5 to 3% through A/B testing and funnel optimization
