Knowledge is information. You can copy it, screenshot it, repeat it, even turn it into a carousel. Anyone can say the same facts you say five minutes later.

If you have AI - you have knowledge.

On the other hand ... your judgement. 

Judgment is what you do when:
↳ the facts are messy, 
↳ the options all have tradeoffs, 
↳ and the consequences are real.

But this is why people follow other people. 

Folks are not looking for more information, but for a decision-making compass. 

An identity, if you wish. 
A tribe of similars.

BUT ...
... judgment requires a spine.

It means it costs you something.

To have judgment, you have to be willing to:
↳ disappoint people,
↳ to choose one path,
↳ make enemies,
↳ to say “no” to the easy answer,
↳ and to hold a standard even when it would be profitable to soften it.

Knowledge can be shared without courage.

Judgment can’t, because judgment is where your values show up when you are under pressure.

A liar is easy to spot. At some point, the story breaks, and you go: that doesn't add up.

Done.

But there's a different type of folks, and these ones are harder to catch.

Because they don't lie.

They say something that is PARTLY TRUE, and you kind of see yourself in that story. Maybe last Tuesday, scrolling at 11 pm, wondering why your business isn't working.

And this person shows up in your feed and says the exact stuff your brain was already half-baking.

And they say it with such certainty that it feels … like someone just handed you the answer.

And that's the trick.

I rarely see creators who are fully transparent with what can be done.

Just pump the dream, sell the stuff, brag with numbers, repeat. 

And when someone speaks to you with total certainty, you relax.

You start handing your judgment over to someone whose entire business model depends on you never developing your own.

And that's how you end up with a feed full of nice, confident little butternuggets that make you dumber.

Post by post.

I have some rules for myself.

In public:
↳ Be honest. 
The right people will see it, appreciate it ... and you have better chances for a good relationship.

In private:
↳ Always tell people what I can't do for them.

I literally tell them:
→ I am not useful here: x x x x
→ This is what I don't know x x x x
→ This is what I can't achieve x x x x
→ Here's where my thing ends and your thing begins.

And the other thing I do, which most people will never do:
↳ I tell my students to push back on my stuff.

Because I'm not going to be one more person on this green ball who trains you to shut up and nod.

Writing this, I don't have in mind any creator particularly - general observation and experience. 👀  Looking at you guys, promising transformations you can't deliver with certainty. 

Just be honest. 

It is a better "branding strategy".

A lot of creators apologize constantly:
↳ Landing page not working — sorry.
↳ Double post scheduled — sorry.
↳ I was gone for 1 week — sorry.

My personal list of these has 99 bullet points at the moment.

A whole clusterfunk.

Somebody texts me:
↳ "Landing page not working" 
— (seen)

↳ "You did not answer me." 
— (seen)

↳ "You sound a bit rough." 
— (seen)

I refuse to apologise for any of it.

Actually, I am NOT sorry.

Us women like to do this particularly.

We overexplain, because our social contract requires us to do the extra emotional labour, so others can feel comfortable.

(Gotta keep the smiling up, ladies!)

But this isn't only a gender thing ...
It's a MOTIVATION thing.

People with autonomous motivation are simply more resistant to social pressure and external inputs.

Actually, one of the strongest predictors of original, sustained creative work (thought leadership) is intrinsic motivation.

Based on studies, there are 6 levels of motivation:

1. Dead battery (Amotivation)
↳ "I don't even know why I'm doing this anymore."

2. The algorithm leash (External Regulation)
↳ "If I don't post, I lose reach."
↳ You create because something outside you demands it.

3. The shame engine (Introjected Regulation)
↳ "If I mess up, people will judge me."
↳ You create to protect your ego & to prove you're good enough.

4. The strategic grind (Identified Regulation)
↳ "I don't love this today, but I know it matters."
↳ You genuinely believe the work serves a bigger goal. But you don't always enjoy it.

5. The work IS the identity (Integrated Regulation)
↳ The work is fully aligned with who you are. There's still an outcome (an audience, a business, a body of work), but it doesn't feel external anymore because the values behind it are completely yours. Failure stings less because your self-worth isn't riding on the result.

6. Pure play (Intrinsic Motivation)
↳ You create because the act of creating is the reward. You'd write at 2am with no publish button. This is the painter who paints alone and the writer who fills piles of notebooks.

We can carry more than one at a time. 
The question is which one's dominant.

When 2 and 3 run the show (algorithm anxiety and shame spirals) that's where the apology reflex lives. 

At 5 and 6, the pressure doesn't disappear. You just stop running your decisions through it.

My dominant motivation swings between 5 and 6.

I create because this is mine and I enjoy it.

Motivation at 5 and 6 makes you un-outworkable.

Because you don't need to recover from bad feedback when your motivation isn't attached to the reception.

I still have 99 problems.

P.S. If your dominant motivation sits at 1–3, I would not advise you to buy anything from me. More public visibility just means more hits to your self-worth. I talk about these things in my newsletter. Comment section.

You know what's funny about LinkedIn? You post something. You spend an hour on it. Maybe two. You hit publish ... and then you sit there waiting like it's a …(censorship).

And then the algorithm goes … nah. Not today, buttercup.

And you think it's about you. 
But it's not. 

It's about a platform that owns your audience, your data, and your reach — and can change all three while you're asleep.

I've been thinking about this a lot lately.

The people who subscribe to your newsletter don't accidentally scroll past you. 

They went on a page ... 
Typed their email in a box ...
And said: "You can land in my inbox, between my bank and my mother."

That's more than a follow. 
The newsletter people chose you, and they gave you their data. 

I'd argue that's more valuable than 100,000 followers who may or may not see your next post.

So if you're sitting here thinking about what platform to open next … maybe don't. Maybe look at the people who already said yes and start treating that list like what it actually is.

The most important thing you "own".

I mapped every moment between scrolling and following (I call it COMMIT in the model).

What I found: 
very precisely documented brain points (actions), and our content runs through them every single time.

Then I went one step further, and I turned each brain filter into an AI prompt you can run on your own content before you post.

That also took long.

The right people will find you more magnetic.
You form much deeper connections.

A true connection is only possible if you are connected to your true self.

I finally found inner peace after I started practicing meditation.
Taking an inner journey to heal my anxious self.

This realization will bring you closer to inner peace than anything else:

Your anxious mind is a result of an excited nervous system.

Your nervous system carries all the shame and fear.

Especially picked from the childhood relationship with your parents.

These unprocessed dense feelings activate your mind.

That's why you have all these non-stop intrusive thoughts.

That's why trying to think positive never works.

Learn to connect with your body.
Relax your nervous system.
Process and heal the subconscious wounds it carry.

When your nervous system feels safe finally,
Your mind naturally quiets down.

Inner peace is your natural state of being.
Your traumas keep you locked away from it.

Positive thinking don't work to heal your anxiety

You can achieve a lot but still feel dissatisfied with life.

Here's how you can tap into real inner fulfillment:

I worked with an 8-figure entrepreneur.
With access to all the success symbols.

But still he felt lonely and anxious inside.
That's why he came to me.

Achievements won't bring true happiness and fulfillment.

Most high achievers are unfulfilled with their lives.

It's because their achievements come from trauma.

In childhood, they got approval from their parents,
Only if they achieved or performed well.

It creates the belief, "I'm only worthy if I perform/achieve."

So they never stop grinding to prove their worth.

They feel empty and dissatisfied because,
no matter how much they achieve,
They don't receive the love they crave.

If you feel the same, your way out is not chasing more achievements.

But to heal your unworthiness wound with trauma work.

That's when you finally relax and realize:

You can receive love for who you are.
You don't have to chase love by proving yourself.

You start to create deep, meaningful relationships.
You build out of inspiration, not desperation.

True achievement for a human is presence and connection.

You attract relationships where you put in 80% of the effort.

You go above and beyond but barely get anything in return.

You feel dissatisfied and never get your needs met.

I also felt the same in relationships.
I always made sure the other person was happy.
But I only received disrespect and dismissal in return.

My relationships shifted when I mastered this one concept:

"Stop taking responsibility for other people's feelings."

Currently, you might be internalizing what people feel.

If people get angry or judgmental, you feel shame.

You feel that you are the reason for how they feel.
And there is something wrong with you.

So you suppress your authentic expression.
And choose to please people.

This makes you attract takers,
who take advantage of your condition.

And makes relationships draining and anxiety-inducing.

Here is what you have to realize:

People's feelings are their responsibility alone.

If people react to you negatively, 
It's from their own projections and insecurities.

It says nothing about you.
If you are not actively hurting them.

You don't have to morph yourself to get their approval.

Stay in your light.
Express your authentic self.
And hold space for them.

Your responsibility is to process your own feelings.
Letting go of your shame and insecurities.

When you do so, you become magnetic.
You only allow healthy relationships.

Authenticity is your safety filter from toxic relationships.

Want to have healthy reciprocal relationships?

Where you don't chase or get chased by people.

This realization will change everything for you:

When I battled anxiety, I mostly attracted narcissists.

They took advantage of my situation.
They disrespected and treated me poorly.
Even when I tried to please and help them.

I was so confused and anxious because of that.

After taking an inner journey to find peace,
I started attracting only happy refreshing people.

From my experience, here's how attraction works:

I didn't only attract narcissists,
I was also attracted to them.

Because they carried qualities I lacked.
Like being assertive, dominant, and confident.

I felt anxious in their presence,
Because they triggered my suppressed fears and insecurities.

It felt like a nightmare.

Because I was blaming them, 
And was not ready to heal my wounds.

My anxiety became so unbearable.
I had no option but to isolate and heal myself.

They fell away from my life,
When I started healing my fears and insecurities.

Making space for more authentic relationships.

Your relationships are a mirror.

They reveal to you the feelings you suppressed.

If people make you feel angry,
you have suppressed anger.

If people make you feel lonely,
you fear abandonment.

So on and so forth.

You break the pattern not by escaping those feelings.
But by fully feeling and releasing them.

The more you let go of those feelings,
the more you connect with your authentic self.

Then life mirrors back your new authentic energy.
You attract real intimate connections.

Crazy how this works.

Stop blaming and start taking responsibility for how you feel is your doorway to a new fulfilled life.

From your POV, what makes a person more charismatic and attractive?

Thinking about what to say next makes conversations super hard.

When I battled chronic social anxiety,
I always thought about what to say next.

I was not even listening to the other person.
I was formulating the next question in my mind.

This kills the vibe more than anything else.

The other person feels their opinions have no value.
And want to end the conversation.

Once I started cultivating presence,
Conversations became effortless for me.

Presence helps the other person feel seen and heard.
They feel safe to express themselves.

Also, when you are present,
You will naturally express yourself.

The next convo thread might be a joke.
A curious question.
Or even a statement.

Conversation flows naturally.

That's when you can build deep connections.
Or have the ability to network with high-level people.

Here's how you can cultivate presence:

Process emotional stuff that makes you think about what to say next.

You might be having that behaviour to:

- Avoid looking stupid.
- Impress the other person.
- Please the other person and avoid conflict.

Be okay with feeling the emotions you avoid,
That's when the conversation flows.

You become more of your authentic self.
You form deeper connections.

What you say doesn't matter.
Who you are being when you say what you say matters.

Why is talking to close friends easier than talking in a board meeting?

Your relational problems make you anxious and distracted more than anything else.

You worry about:

- A recent argument with your friend.
- A judgment made by your partner.
- Your boss hating your presentation.

and a 1000 other situations that happen with humans.

This constant looping of thoughts makes you ineffective.
Because you can't focus and bring results.

When I battled social anxiety,
It was super hard for me to even find a job.

I worried that I would be homeless because of my anxiety.

My mind became quiet,
When I started healing my relational traumas.

That's when I was finally able to focus.

To sharpen your focus, here's what you have to do:

When someone triggers painful emotions inside you,
Instead of looping on them mentally for months,
Feel the emotions immediately.

When you allow yourself to feel,
Even the densest emotions,
Your emotions stop having power over you.

That's when you can resolve the problem.

As a result, your mind goes quiet.

Because your mind was just trying to make sense of your emotions.

With a quiet mind, focus becomes effortless.

Happy relationships support your career growth.
Hurtful relationships make your career stuck.

I felt exhausted and sleepy most of the time.

I even hired a productivity coach.
Still, I was super distracted.

There were too many should's and must's from my clients.
And very little love for what I did.

I stuck with it because I had so many fears:

Fear of the unknown.
Fear of not having a safe paycheck.
Fear of getting judged for being jobless.

I decided to quit anyway. I felt lost.

To find clarity on my path, I joined a men's circle.

And I did after healing my fears and low self-worth.

I had an insight to start a new biz. It's super fulfilling.

I love my work, and I don't need to force.
I easily enter flow state.

So if you feel anxious and exhausted with your career,
There are only two possible reasons.

Reason 1:

You don't enjoy your career.
But your fears stop you from choosing a different path.

Reason 2:

You love what you do.

But you have too many limiting beliefs, like:

- "I don't deserve success."
- "I'll be lonely if I succeed."
- "Success is hard."

That makes you procrastinate and feel drained.

In both cases, your way out is "Subconscious trauma work."

Process and let go of your fears and limiting beliefs.

For example:

If your fear is not having a safe paycheck,
You have to feel and process it fully.

On the otherside, you become okay with volatility.

A new world of possibilities opens up.
You get showered with new insights.

Following that, your career will be a downhill journey.
Success becomes more effortless.
You enjoy work, and work brings you energy.

Your identity decides your career choice.
Transform your identity to perceive new potential.

Here's how to earn massive trust and respect:

Your team doesn't trust you:

If you don't trust yourself.
If you get anxious about your decisions.
If you seek validation from your team.

This was the huge mistake I made,
When I battled social anxiety.

I sought validation from my boss to express my POV.

I was afraid that he would judge or dislike it.

This made me unsure of what I had to say.

Making him not take me seriously.
Even when I had huge value to share.

Everything changed for me with inner work.
People started respecting me more.

These 3 shifts make you a valued and respected leader:

1. Be okay with judgments

If you fear judgments, you won't express yourself.

Realize people's judgments come from their own insecurities.

Stop taking responsibility for how they feel.

This will help you express yourself more freely.
And distinguish between judgments and signal.

2. Validate yourself from within

Stop seeking validation from others.

Validate yourself to express your perspectives.

You are the only permission slip you need.

When you validate yourself,
Others start to validate you.

3. Own your mistakes

You hesitate if you are afraid of making mistakes.

Mistakes are how you learn and grow.

Once you have enough data,
make the decision.

Take responsibility for any results that come out of that.

With practice, these mindset shifts will make you a more effective leader.

But it takes a ton of inner work to embody true leadership.

A true leader is a master of self-expression and ownership.

Here's why you get stuck in toxic relationships:

You settled for approval and validation.
Instead of love and connection.

I was stuck in unhealthy relationships for so long.

I always attracted emotionally unavailable women.

I believed I was unlovable.
That there was something wrong with me.

I chased their approval.
By going above and beyond to make them happy.

I didn't know why I was stuck in this pattern.

Until my recent shadow work session revealed this:

My mom was emotionally unavailable.
So I pleased her to receive love.

Since I didn't get it,
I believed I was unlovable.

And I settled for her validation.

This was the pattern that was repeating in my relationships.

If you are stuck in toxic relationship dynamics, whether it's:

- feeling anxious and unsafe.
- dealing with narcissistic abuse.
- chasing emotionally unavailable people.

It's just that you settled for validation.

To get out of your toxic relationship patterns:

- Do not take responsibility for their behaviours/feelings.
- Express your opinions and values clearly.
- Feel and let go of dense emotions that authenticity resurfaces.

You slowly reconnect with your authentic self.

You stop chasing validation. 
You allow only mutually reciprocal relationships.
Relationships start to feel refreshing and effortless.

Your relationships are a reflection of who you are being.

You have to be real to attract real people.

Anxiety is not a mental condition.
It is a nervous system response.

Most people treat anxiety at the level of the mind:

Talk therapy.

This habit made me overthink 24/7 and miss out on life:

"Judging my thoughts as good/bad."

When I battled anxiety,
95% of my thoughts were negative.

When I judged them as bad,
I created more self-hate and judgment.

Which further made me stuck in thought loops.

I finally found inner peace when I stopped judging my thoughts.
And started accepting them.

When you accept your negative thoughts,
You let them go.

You become more mentally free over time.

The truth is, all your thoughts are neutral.
Even the darkest of thoughts are just thoughts.

Your judgment gives them power.

If you accept your negative thoughts,
They are no more powerful than a leaf blowing in the wind.

So when you get stuck in anxious thought loops,
Try accepting them.

Over time, it will change your life.

When you stop giving meaning to thoughts,
Thoughts stop having power over you.

Burnout is not exhaustion from work.
It is emotional neglect.

I burnt out twice in my career.
Both came from not expressing how I felt.

I gave away my power to make a choice.

I said YES to tasks I hated.
To please my clients. To avoid tension.

It opened the floodgates for more unaligned work.
I said YES to all of them.

Eventually, I got so anxious and exhausted.
From pushing through and going against myself.

I had no option but to quit my work and startover.

I never burnt out after that.
My work energizes and fulfills me.
Because I broke free from the pattern.

Here's how you can break yours too:

Analyze where you are compromising in your career.

It might be:

- Doing tasks you hate to avoid conflict.
- Attending work-related calls even on weekends.
- Multitasking on random tasks out of demand/fear.

See where you can say NO politely.
To realign with your authenticity.

Your mind will create a ton of worst-case scenarios.
And your anxiety will skyrocket.

Still do it anyway for your well-being.

You will feel much more aligned with your work.

To avoid burnout altogether long-term:

Heal subconscious wounds that make you anxious with trauma work.
Especially stuff that makes you not express how you feel.

So you don't give away your personal power to fit in.
So you don't light yourself on fire to please others.

Your work brings you energy when it makes space for your true self.

How I went from socially awkward to confident:

When I battled social anxiety,
Communication felt so draining.

I only answered when somebody asked a question.

I edited my words out of fear of judgment.

At one point, my social anxiety became so unbearable,
I avoided social situations at all costs.

I tried different methods to break free from anxiety.
Nothing worked.

I kept tolerating disrespectful and narcissistic people.

Even though they made me feel super miserable.

Now I only have refreshing friendships in my life.

Here's what changed:

I got attached to toxic people.
Because I was afraid to be alone.

I didn't want to be judged for being alone.

So I played along with all their toxic behaviours.

My friendships got so toxic.
It made me super anxious.
I had no option but to choose to be alone.

First 8 months of being alone were brutal.

I had to come face to face with my fears and insecurities.

That's when I started attracting more healthy relationships.

Now there is no toxic relationship dynamic in my reality.

To attract healthier relationships,

Embrace your loneliness.
Feel and process it fully.

And start feeling comfortable in your own skin.

That's when more easygoing people get magnetized to you.

Allowing loneliness makes space for refreshing people.
Avoiding loneliness makes you stuck with draining people.

2 years ago, I worked 10 to 12 hours every day.

I pushed myself so hard.
But I barely got any results.

When results tanked, I did what I knew.
I pushed myself even harder.

Eventually I burnt out.

Pushing through never works.

Because it is run by many subconscious beliefs like:

That's when your anxiety drops.
Your creative mind takes over.
Your work becomes enjoyable and effective.

Hustle makes you run around in circles with no direction.

Rest aligns you with the path of the biggest impact.
