I'm a Product Designer with 5+ dynamic years crafting impactful designs in SaaS, social apps, tech recruitment, and startups.

"Look what they've accomplished."

That thought happens when I spend time scrolling on LinkedIn.
For about 10 seconds, I feel that familiar tug of #comparison. Then I catch myself.

There is always a lesson:

🙌🏽When we celebrate our own wins, really own them, it’s a little contagious. We can shift to show joy for others and their success. 

Admiration replaces envy. #Curiosity replaces judgment. We stop measuring our behind-the-scenes against everyone else's highlight reel.

The story we tell ourselves about our capabilities doesn't just affect us. It shapes how we lead, the risks we take, and whether we speak up when it matters.

👀I've seen this pattern:

The leaders who move from #challenge to #opportunity aren't just optimistic, they're intentional about the story they tell themselves.
When we are open to acknowledging our wins, we create the shift that changes everything.

Reflection for today:

When you talk to yourself about your capabilities, what story are you telling?
