At SCALIVO, my co-founder Stephen Delisle and I lead a skilled team that delivers multilingual, 24/7 written support. Our remote-first team, based mainly in Ukraine, operates efficiently and ethically to deliver real results.

Outside of work, I’m a proud partner of my girlfriend and father of our son. I’m also fly fishing enthusiast. When I don't work or spend time with my family, I am likely wading through a trout stream, ideally somewhere high up in the Alps! I’m equally passionate about electronic music production and release from time to time techno tracks on obscure labels.

Mark Bosold ist Wirtschaftsinformatiker und seit 2008 im digitalen Sektor tätig. Nach seinem Dual-Studium bei IBM hat er in Berlin in verschiedenen Positionen 10 Jahre im Bereich Digitalisierung, Business Intelligence & Analytics gearbeitet, größtenteils als IT-Berater. 

Durch seine Nähe zu Start-ups und Tech-Szene hat er bereits früh Einblicke in innovative Technologien und Geschäftsideen bekommen und Startups im Wachstum von 1 bis über 100 Mitarbeitenden begleitet. 

2018 hat sich Marks Fokus zu 100% auf die HR- und Personalwelt verlagert. Bei seiner Arbeit an einem Payroll-HR Software-Produkt wurde ihm klar, dass insbesondere der Personalbereich viel Potential für technologischen Wandel bietet. 

Seit 2022 widmet sich Mark voll und ganz dem Thema Mitarbeiter-Benefits mit seinem neu gegründeten Start-up :pxtra. Gemeinsam mit seinem Team arbeitet er an der Vision Unternehmen in Deutschland in ihrer mitarbeiterzentrierten Transformation technologisch zu unterstützen.
