Outside of work, I’m a proud partner of my girlfriend and father of our son. I’m also fly fishing enthusiast. When I don't work or spend time with my family, I am likely wading through a trout stream, ideally somewhere high up in the Alps! I’m equally passionate about electronic music production and release from time to time techno tracks on obscure labels.

Through my leadership, I not only built a strong and highly technical skilled team, but also leveraged their expertise to design and develop new and scalable systems and our own solution for process and application automations. This had a strong impact to adapt to the constant market realities in the energy sector and to assert and improve in the competition with other service providers.

* Development, testing and production of a microservice and serverless based scalable IT infrastructure for distributed applications, as well as the collection, processing and storage of events and all data flows
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, leading to successful migration of the company's systems to newer, more (cost) effective technologies available in the market
* Evaluation and introduction of technical solutions in the areas of browser automation, marketing & communication and data analysis and processing
* Migration and setup of an omnichannel contact center to better implement our requirements in customer loyalty and customer service 
* Development of an AI-supported department for the analysis, processing and evaluation of textual and multimedia documents
* Responsible team management and teamwork of an intercultural in-house team of 10+ FTEs, as well as external service providers for the areas of frontend, backend, backoffice and automation

I familiarized a team of 15+ FTE's with new technologies and programming patterns and gave them further training. Through the sharing of knowledge, mentoring and building a highly effective team, we were able to effectively migrate the system to a new platform and implement streamlined processes, resulting in easier maintenance and improved system performance.
