Leading digital efforts to drive more customers and revenue, alongside with the founders I estabilished google ads as the main source of user acquisition and reduced CPAs by more than 30% reaching the desired KPIs.
While managing the paid advertising, worked to find the right mix of channels and go-to market strategy. 
A lot of my efforts went to mapping the user journey and performance tracking for all channels, having developed multiple dashboards and transitioning from UA to GA4, allowing for an easier visualization of data to support insights and better decision making.

My experiments allowed the founders to better understand the role of each acquisition channel, paid or non-paid.

First hired for the Growth and Performance team, reporting directly to the company’s CMO, I’ve been in charge of strategy, planning and execution of the acquisition funnel in 4 countries. Delivered a drop of at least 70% in the CPA, managing monthly an average budget of AUD$500,000.00, distributed across different channels, monitored constantly through pre-determined KPIs. I’ve played an active role in the hiring of the rest of the team as well as hiring freelancers, managing performance agencies and did the link with performance partners such as google, meta, snapchat and tiktok.
My role involved the whole acquisition funnel, working closely with growth analysts to make sure we were running coordinated campaigns, tests and messaging. I’ve developed a performance playbook, a scalable and easily replicated way to run performance in any country.
Constantly in touch with country leads, we ran acquisition, activation and retention of customers for both web and app platform. Briefing designers, copywriters and web developers of the assets to optimize our campaigns.
Weekly reports with each of the teams to align strategy and planning to make sure the best performance was always achieved.

Planning, execution and monitoring of the media plan develop alongside the head of marketing. The plan included social ads, google ads and amazon ads, always guided through ROI and reported back on a weekly basis.Ownership of the digital presence of the company on multiple locations, vendors website, social media and other third parties.Optimization of the website for B2C sales and support for the sales team B2B sales. Ran black friday campaigns and achieved ROIs above 20 on these ocasions, assessing and adjusting the plan as needed. Through constant monitoring and optimizations took the Amazon ads account from a position os loss to profit in less than 3 months.

I started out as a designer, but somewhere along the journey I was bitten by the online marketing bug.
Since then I specialized myself in performance ads and growth. Got a comprehensive knowledge of paid advertisements in multiple platforms, google ads, facebook ads, linkedin ads, amazon ads and apple search ads.
In fact, you can throw anything related to performance my way and I'll tame it, optimize it and make it excel.

Being data driven I believe that a healthy view of the whole funnel can have a significant impact on a company's achievements. There is no other way to track a path into the future without data and data visualization.

I also believe that a well managed team can go further than any other group of people, give people the tools they need, combined with motivation and there is no goal they won't reach

One of the things that differentiate me from other professionals is my go attitude and flexibility not just in adjusting to various scenarios, but also with how much I can execute myself.
From design and web design to google ads campaigns execution, from analyzing data to conflict management, I'll just roll up my sleeves and get things done.
