I helped create the marketing area, integrating the team as a traffic analyst, responsible for developing the best traction channel to generate leads with a focus on sales.

After two months, I was responsible for the entire marketing operation, defining a strategy aligned with the company's objective, that is, understanding how the other areas work was fundamental for decision making and reaching the objective faster.

With this alignment, the commercial and new business area became practically an extension of marketing, we developed: inbound and outbound marketing strategy, ideal customer profile (ICP), personas, automation, sales funnel, relationship rules, conversion rate optimization (CRO) and creation of a new website with more assertive communication.
