I lead a high-performing Nordic Product Marketing Team across three companies owned by Pronect: PLM, Addinor, and Ravema.

In my role, I oversee the overall product marketing strategy and ensure that the team has the tools and skills to effectively implement best practices in marketing.

Accomplishments: 
- Scaled the product marketing team from 1 to 11 members, including 2 graphic designers.

- Implemented OKRs to ensure strategic focus and no judgemental accountability throughout the organization

- Implemented foundational marketing frameworks, including buyer personas, buyer’s journey, content strategy, demand generation, and performance tracking.

- Built and launched the new brand Addinor, including branding, product marketing, and social media strategy.

- Successfully led a diverse team with compassion and confidence while ensuring psychological safety, resulting in an NPS score of 8.8.

- Ensured alignment and close collaboration with sales, creating cohesive experiences across digital touchpoints and sales presentations.

- Educated and advocated for the importance of marketing within C-level management, ensuring its inclusion in the business plan

- Established a comprehensive content marketing strategy involving Subject Matter Experts across functions and grew our YouTube channel by 4000 followers in 1,5 year

TEAMWORKS was acquired by PLM Group and I was promoted Product Marketing Manager at group level .
Developing and driving effective marketing strategies and communication of SOLIDWORKS products and solutions' value to the market, in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment. The SOLIDWORKS portfolio is the biggest product group in PLM Group and provides over 30 mil. Euro in yearly revenue. 

My key responsibilities to ensure commercial success of the company include: 

•	Responsible for the SOLIDWORKS portfolio
•	Owning the messaging, promotion, and selling materials of the solutions
•      Owning the lead score process
•      Owning all product related webpages
•	Product launches
•	Lead generating activities
•	Demand generation
•	Sales enablement
•	Campaign planning and execution 
•	On-going customer, market and competitor research and feeding the insights about needs, changing behaviors and trends back into the business
•	Supporting Marketing with communication plan (weekly newsletter, price campaigns etc.)
•	Content planning and production:  blogs, webinars, landing page, email marketing, sales presentations, cheat sheets, product videos, website copy. 
•	Participating in sales meetings to deep dive into use cases, product features and benefits
•	Analyzing market trends and competition, and contributing to marketing roadmap accordingly
