For most CEOs, this is pure chaos.
Late nights. Constant pings. Fire after fire.

For me?

I woke up on Monday with fewer than 5 Slack messages across 100+ client channels and who knows how many internal comms channels🤷

I cleared them in less than 30 minutes.

And here’s the part that still blows my mind…

Another channel was opened from a team member named - internal-team-activities 🤣 On freaking BFCM weekend! 😂 

What else happened during the weekend:

-> One team member got engaged.
-> Another was running personal errands at the beach collecting shells.
-> Budgets were being scaled in real time.
-> Campaigns were being optimized on the fly.
-> Revenue was being protected and pushed forward.

All at the same time.
Without me needing to step in.

That’s not normal.
That’s not luck.
That’s what happens when you build a team of real leaders.

No micromanaging.
No panic.
No dependency.
