The company was previously called Admix, rebranded after a merger to enter web3. Previously, Admix allowed content creators to monetize real estate within their games or the metaverse, via product placements. We work with 300+ games and hundreds of advertisers. Raised over $37M in last 3 years from top VCs such as Elefund, Notion Capital, Force over Mass, Speedinvest, DIP Capital, SVV, Rocket Capital.

Val partners with leading global brands to uncover whitespace, accelerate innovation, and deliver breakthrough experiences. She reimagined acne-care education for gamers with the Differin "Level Up," campaign, launching the first acne-care brand on Roblox, debuting market-first shoppable Twitch streams with Fortnite Icons, and creating in-person fan-first activations. 

Val is the visionary behind Intelligent Messaging, Dentsu's award-winning AI-powered, multimodal messaging solution showcased at CES, SXSW and Cannes Lions. In collaboration with Meta, she also formed the Global Meta Messaging Alliance, giving innovative brands early access to alpha and beta products.

Val co-created Dentsu NXT Space with Microsoft, LinkedIn, and HeadOffice.Space, exploring AI, XR, and emerging tech, named “Best of CES” by PSFK. She also led ShopNXT™, Dentsu’s retail innovation suite enhancing personalization, loyalty, and customer joy, named a “Top Product Pick at CES” by PCR Magazine.

Val architected NXT Intelligence™, an innovation platform with 12 productized sprints leveraged by Fortune 500 brands across entertainment, gaming, anime, retail, and emerging tech.

In collaboration with Dentsu Japan, she led the Dentsu Innovation Initiative in the U.S., growing startup partnerships 55%, exceeding KPIs by 166% and engaged with 30+ brands.
