Landvault is the most prolific builder in the web3 metaverse like Sandbox and Decentraland, with over 120 full time builders. The company was previously called Admix, rebranded after a merger to enter web3. Previously, Admix allowed content creators to monetize real estate within their games or the metaverse, via product placements. We work with 300+ games and hundreds of advertisers. Raised over $37M in last 3 years from top VCs such as Elefund, Notion Capital, Force over Mass, Speedinvest, DIP Capital, SVV, Rocket Capital.

I help real estate and technology teams cut through complexity, whether that means fixing messy workflows, rethinking product strategy, or building data systems that actually support growth.

I have spent over a decade at the point where PropTech, product and commercial strategy meet. I have founded businesses, led sales and product teams, and advised founders and leadership teams trying to modernise how the industry works. Along the way I have learned that progress comes from clarity, curiosity and a willingness to get things done, even if it does not work out.

These days, through PropTech Insights, I work with teams across the industry who are trying to make real estate better, using data, automation and AI in ways that deliver meaningful results.
