As Chief Marketing Officer, I led Marketing, Sales and Product Development in the market. That included all aspects of marketing and sales operations including strategy, advertising, consumer insights, events, internal and external communications, performance of the Consumer and Business Sales teams, development of digital tools, app, website and back end systems.

Key accomplishments: Managed one of the agency’s Business Units and met revenue and P&L targets, even with economical and political turbulence in Brazil; Established Intel as the first global account at Mcgarrybowen worldwide, with a full-service operation, which included Creative work, Strategic Planning, Offline and Digital Media Buying, Performance Optimization and Business Intelligence, across Brazil and Latim America; Participated in pitches to bring and maintain important accounts such as Pepsico’s digital business.

Leadership of Account and Project management teams working in Brazil and Latin America on projects and campaigns with budgets over US$10 million.

Key accomplishments: Wunderman became Nokia’s single integrated ad agency in Brazil, the account doubled in number of resources resulting in an important growth in retained and non-retained revenue;  Microsoft moved the entire regional Social Media operation to Brazil for their majority of products (including Windows, Office, Xbox and Microsoft channels themselves) and a hub of over 20 people was put together to manage that operation; Novartis established Wunderman as a key digital agency globally.
