Windsor Waste was founded as a Property Maintenance outfit.  Working with local home owners to give them a simple and cost effective, most importantly personable and reliable phone number they could trust upon.

We successfully engaged and delivered and over this period we developed into what was overtaking our day-to-day initial visual what was to be Waste Management.

With a thriving and competitive Market for Waste Clearance both Domestic and Commercial, the part missing from the industry was reliability and a lack of greed.

We had a sustainable offering, working with construction companies to help them strategically dispose of their site waste, helping them save money, whilst increasing our Margins.

I quickly built a reputation that enabled us to engage with a number of clients including an essential Blue Chip Retail Client.

In 2010 after 3 Years Working on the HSBC account, I was asked to move to Morgan Stanley to Implement their EMEA and ASIAPAC Print Management Solution Platform.  It was integral to the business that this was done in a Strategic Manner so not to upset the internal Business units.  As much as this was a Project Management role, it was as much a Sales role to on-board internal clients that had been used to using their own Printers over a number of years.  

I employed two members of staff who assisted me in the Back end processes whilst I worked on the Strategy and implementation to stream 99% of Print Spend through a visible channel.
