Burnout is so often described as the "BLACK PLAGUE" of the 21st Century - it's insideous as it creeps up on us,  leading to high rates of sickness absence & other hidden costs for any Organisation (such as a loss of Employee Engagement, low morale across teams, and additional pressure placed on others due to a lack of resource)

Having witnessed "burnout" and the effects on employees at all levels in the workplace in my role as an HR Specialist, my background in Psychology/Counselling and Business Management. As well as having experienced it firsthand , I am passionate about working with Companies to do all they can, to counter and prevent it's harmful effects

Chief Executive Officer

Lead operational functions by providing leadership and direction to the staff and contractors who are responsible for all operations. Ensure services are operating at maximum efficiency, while reliability and consistency of products is provided. Manage and negotiate contracts with service providers to ensure timely performance and cost efficiency.

Develop and review a variety of reports on the operating performance of the functional areas. Work in coordination with Government Relations, Marketing, and Customer Experience units. Review and make recommendations to the CEO on the impact of various changes to the pet care and equine care industry. Work closely with the Executive Leadership team as part of a strong leadership team working on behalf of the CEO.

Interpret and provide guidance on a variety of laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and contracts. Manage subordinates who may possess highly specialized knowledge and skills in professional disciplines other than one's own. Participate in various cross-functional teams and task force committees to address overall organizational strategies and goals.

Where to begin? Well, first I love #animals. I grew up as a pet lover and I have always wanted the utmost care for them. They are an extension of my family and they deserve only the best. 

#Kawell USA began as a project to develop products based on copper to take advantage of its antimicrobial properties and benefits in providing solutions to diseases associated with #horse hooves. In our first few years, we devoted great efforts to achieve a special copper alloy that allowed us to make horseshoes with 83% copper content, while maintaining similar features as iron horseshoes. We have expanded our product line-up while staying true to using natural extracts to provide healing benefits to all #pets and #animals.

A little bit about how our care continues...

Once we developed and validated our new copper alloy, we began testing the beneficial effects on #horses to verify their efficiency. Our testing had excellent results across different countries and continents, giving way to EPA approval in United States and the exclusive patent of the alloy which allows us to affirm that our product is antimicrobial. As the business progressed, we developed a new line of #products based on natural extracts for animal skin and oral care which have had excellent acceptance in horse and pet markets for their special properties and ability to promote #naturalhealth.

In 2022, Kawell USA was awarded the #1 all natural #petproduct in the world and the fastest growing all natural line of pet products in the USA! 

Today I love traveling, riding horses and making a positive impact in the world for pets and horses across the globe.
