Women in eDiscovery (WiE) is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization that provides educational opportunities regarding technology in the legal industry to its members. The organization offers networking and leadership avenues, promotes personal and professional growth of women, and donates mentoring and charitable contributions to its communities. WiE incorporates a broad network of women volunteers who uplift and support each other and work together to recognize and honor each other’s achievements. WiE is comprised of professionals within the legal industry including attorneys, litigation support professionals, paralegals, legal IT staff, court reporters, consultants, recruiters and vendors.

Since its inception in 2007, Women in eDiscovery has grown globally with thousands of members and 31 chapters. The Executive Board has appointed Regional Directors that work in conjunction with each member elected Chapter Board.

I am currently the Vice President of Business Development for Reveal Brainspace in EMEA. 

A dedicated individual with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills developed through knowledge of technology and professional experience within the eDiscovery industry, making sure to network and build good and long standing relationships where possible, always going the extra mile. Responsible for overseeing the entirety of Millnet’s hard copy operation, as well as putting together strategies for the development and growth of the business area. Have a detailed understanding of the businesses procedures and security protocols, whilst always having an eye on where and how these can be streamlined or indeed improved with the assistance of analytic's, software and client feedback. 

To ensure we provide the highest level of client service through both our operation and sales teams respectively, and of course ensuring our client base see Millnet as being dependable and professional at all times.

General Manager

My role is to Manage the Client Services team at Millnet, to ensure our clients experience is the best it possibly could be and wouldn't hesitate in using Millnet in future projects.

The core function of the team is to build and nurture relationships with Millnet's client base worldwide. Tasks can range from running training programmes and advising on the best way to Source, Review and Present matters in Court. We also work hard to assist in facilitating transactions with internal team such as sales and marketing managers, technical experts and executive management. Also work on company projects such as sales proposals, product upgrades and client events.

As a Client Services Assistant at Millnet I am responsible for making the customer's experience the best it can be, this involves answering customer's queries and keeping in regular contact with them either face to face, or over the phone or via email with regards thier project.

City Docs Group

Within this role my tasks were to develop both new business opportunities from potential clients for City Docs portfolio of document services, litigation support, systems and solutions, as well as retain, manage and grow existing accounts. My role involved canvassing (phone and foot) for new leads, identifying and qualifying leads, telephone selling of the City Docs proposition qualified leads, appointment setting, face-to-face presentation of the City Docs proposition, qualifying and closing for commitment to trial/commit to service lines. I constructed and presented price propositions authorised by the Sales Manager, track and record all activities, contacts and opportunities using the house CRM system (Salesforce.com) and report and account on opportunities and pipeline value. I was the prime interface with client accounts and handled with relative ease managing relationships and networks within accounts at all levels (production/print room staff to exec level/boardroom). I proved capable of assimilating the operational processes, quality standards, and performance measures for City Docs’ portfolio of document services, litigation support, systems and solutions.

Business Development Executive

I joined CityDocs as Reprographics Operator and instantly enjoyed the pressure that comes with working for one of the best companies in litigation support globally; the job involves working directly and indirectly with our cliental which include the top ten law firms around the world. My role involved copying hard documentation within tight deadlines to the best of my capabilities. 
I then took part in an internal cross training exercise studying Z-Print and LAW (Electronic printing) which is a fast and accurate way of printing documentation from electronic media. After successfully completing my training I went on to become a member of the Digital Print team on the Evening Shift. 
I then took up an opportunity of more cross training in the scanning department of which I spent two months learning and gaining experience. Due to my progression and ability to learn document scanning in a relatively short time period, I was offered a permanent job in the scanning department which I felt to be a great opportunity with a great sense of reward for the hard work I had put in. 
Further, I was trained on creating our bespoke eBibles.
