Women in eDiscovery - London Chapter

Women in eDiscovery (WiE) is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization that provides educational opportunities regarding technology in the legal industry to its members. The organization offers networking and leadership avenues, promotes personal and professional growth of women, and donates mentoring and charitable contributions to its communities. WiE incorporates a broad network of women volunteers who uplift and support each other and work together to recognize and honor each other’s achievements. WiE is comprised of professionals within the legal industry including attorneys, litigation support professionals, paralegals, legal IT staff, court reporters, consultants, recruiters and vendors.

Since its inception in 2007, Women in eDiscovery has grown globally with thousands of members and 31 chapters. The Executive Board has appointed Regional Directors that work in conjunction with each member elected Chapter Board.

As a seasoned legal professional who began my journey in the mailroom and progressed to management, I am a champion for excelling in every role. With close to two decades at Akerman LLP, currently as the Litigation Support Manager, I have honed my skills in early case assessment, data management, and eDiscovery lifecycle processes, developing robust workflows that enhance our firm's operations. My certifications as an Advanced Certified Paralegal and Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) highlight my dedication to legal excellence. My mission is to streamline litigation processes, ensuring our team's approach is both efficient and innovative. My dedication aligns with Akerman's culture of continuous improvement, and I am driven to contribute to our collective success through my expertise in litigation support.
