Created and executed a profitable marketing strategy that achieved nine-figure revenue directly attributable to the area; 

Direct involvement in all stages of the sales funnel, contributing to 45% of active deals and increasing the number of leads in 10x;

Led institutional, digital, and PR communication efforts, securing over 65 appearances in Tier 1 news publications and achieving a 55% improvement in online performance;

Future Dojo is an EdTech created by EXAME, the leading business and economy media outlet in Brazil, and ACE, a venture builder and early-stage VC investor. We teach "future skills" to people eager to transform their businesses through innovation. 

I co-founded the company and served as CEO, planning, executing, and overseeing all efforts on Product, Learning, Marketing, People, Operations, and everything else.

My tour of duty at ACE's Marketing started in 2016 as the only Marketing person at the company. It grew to Head of Marketing in 2017, leading a small, agile and multidisciplinary team, to finally Chief Marketing Officer (and Partner) in 2018.

During my tenure, I have successfully launched both ACE Startups and ACE Cortex brands and delivered new branches in cities like Curitiba, Brasilia, Goiania, and Florianópolis.

Marketing-driven revenue grew 6x YoY, audience and media exposure tripled YoY, and startup applications doubled yearly. Our content marketing machine went from zero to 300k unique visitors and 40k newsletter subscribers, and we were elected by LatAm Founders "The Best Latin American Startup Accelerator" three times.
