Is to translate marketing objectives into channel strategies, so as to maximize profitability, sales and share growth. Evaluate promotion effectiveness, productivity and monitors trade activities. Ensuring high standard of execution of promotional programs in trade by best possible merchandising of displays and materials. Ensure the teams are well trained at all times. Collects and manages market intelligence for decision making.

Product management of all diesel engine oils of ELF Lubricants India. Managing all the four Ps of marketing for these diesel engine oil brands (Super HDB Ultra, Super HDB Turbo & Performance 3D).

 Launched a new product in DEO category “Super HDB TURBO”
 Packs and Labels change for all ELF products in India
 New ELF Logo Launch in India (Part of the team)
 New product development for Gas Engine Oils
 Volunteered for 4500 kms trip in truck for a detailed consumer research across northern and southern India
 Successfully rolled out two consumer offer for Diesel category

Brand and product promotion planning and execution for the western region. Launched Saffola Gold in western region.
