As a VRM, it is my responsibility to first vet all vendors through a rigorous scoring process based on a multitude of criteria. Once a vendor is selected for a part of the supply chain, a cost center is assigned and a budget is set. At that point I monitor costs and frequency of PO’s with each individual vendor, tracking and trending in an effort to predict cost center fluctuation with future business. This couples with the more hands on engagement aspect of my position wherein I am ensuring proper relationships with vendors,customers,and monitoring financial impact with regards to future business.

As operations manager of a mid staff document processing department, I was responsible for ensuring that day to day SLA’s were met through proposer staffing and workflow processes that promoted employee attentiveness and retention. During my tenure as ops mgr I grew my department from 8 key members to a staff of 33, with additional influx in billings in conjunction with the business development teams on-boarding new LOB’s that yielded net increases upwards of 200%.

Research and analyzed market trends and competitors to identify potential utility features and enhancements for NFTs.

Design and implemented innovative utility features for NFTs to maximize value for users and collectors. Work with the CAIT team to drive sold out 'drops' or collections on the primary market.

Architect of a web3 adoption framework built for onboarding musicians, artists, and creators into web3 through asset 'minting' on the WAX blockchain.
Work alongside the technical team to implement and integrate specific token mechanics at a per project level.

NFT Utility Architect

In this role I maintain the processes within prepaid operations that are delegated to ensure that my division remains in compliance with banking regulations.
I am responsible for the over-seeing of a special operations team. 

The Special Operations Team within US Bank Retail Payments solutions group is delegated to, and maintains one off projects that do not conform to typical departmental responsibility. The primary focus of this group is to maintain compliance within the changing banking regulations that occur on a project to project basis.

My individual tasks within this group are as follows:

•	Access Checks: A bill pay option that generates a paper check in lieu of a debit based transaction
•	Escalation Point for mail, legal documents, system issues, etc.
•	Compliance Audits
•	VRM responsibilities 
•	Unload pre-paid debit cards due to fraud
•	ACH approvals
