He is still involved with elite level sport and performs the role of Strength and Conditioning coach for the GB Luge team. This multi faceted approach ensures he has all the tools at his disposal to work towards the clients ultimate fitness aim, whatever that may be.

Samuel currently conducts his personal training from a state-of-the-art fitness facility in central London as well as outdoor/home visits. Samuel has a diverse portfolio of clients from celebrities, actors and West-end performers to 'office based' professionals. He is also a regular writer and advisor for Men’s Fitness magazine.
