4 years ago, I started working while searching for a better Wi-Fi range in a hostel.

Today, I live in Chandigarh, working a full-time job while running a small online business.

My 5 daily non-negotiables to ensure I don't lose my spark ever again:

1. Meditation.

A 20-minute meditation has become a habit that I can’t live without.

More meditation, more thinking time, and more writing help me remove noise, sharpen my focus, and keep the word ‘tiredness’ miles away.

2. Walks.

If you’ve been reading for a while, you know that I work full-time and build my small business alongside it.

So after a long workday, an evening walk along the road feels like a reset button.

3. Accepting low mental energy.

When the mind signals me to stop or slow down, I accept it easily.

This level of alignment helped me make clearer decisions with more confidence and grow while listening closely to my nervous system.

4. Lots of laughter and talks with family.

This is my favorite part.

Random calls during the day and regular evening calls recharge my energy.

Now that I’m back home for one month, the slow, random time with each family member feels like the biggest privilege of my life.

5. Free time to reset and recharge.

I intentionally create space to recharge my energy, whether it’s through walks, meditation, Chakra meditation, or simply doing nothing.

The added energy brings more clarity and strength. I can’t even fully define its impact because I’m processing it daily.

How I built an AI agent that extracts tasks from my meetings

I noticed a pattern after calls:

Many action items are discussed for all people involved in the call, then extracting tasks from meetings and remembering them becomes another task.

And recently, 2 founders shared the exact same problem with me.

So I built an AI agent in Zapier that does one thing really well:

It extracts tasks from meeting transcripts
and updates them directly inside my task tracker.

Now, the moment a meeting ends, my tasks are already created.

Here’s how this agent works (step-by-step):

1. Trigger

The agent is triggered when a new meeting transcript is generated in Fathom, call recording tool.

2. What it extracts

For every valid action item, the agent creates a task with:

- A clear, outcome-focused task name.

- Sub-tasks (only if multiple steps are mentioned).

- Assignee ( based on the conversation).

- Due date (only if explicitly mentioned on the call).

- Notes with important context or constraints.

If something is vague, hypothetical, or just discussion, it’s ignored.

3. Ownership logic

If the task is for me, it is assigned to me.
If it’s assigned to the lead or client, it leaves the assignee empty.

4. Where tasks go

All tasks land in one connected Notion tasks database.

So after a call:

I don’t re-listen.

I don’t recreate tasks manually.

I just open my task tracker and see exactly what needs to be done.
