Career advice to 18 year olds:

- Work for free to build your network
- Work for someone you admire
- Upskill in your spare time
- Do the apprenticeship
- Learn on the job

Just don’t think you need more knowledge to get started.

Ps. I speak to a lot of very rich people and they admire initiative. Show some.

7 ‘unscalable’ things I did to get from 0 → 1M revenue:

(I still do some of these today)

1. Took proposals at 3am 
2. Worked for free for my first clients
3. Wrote for and managed 20+ clients alone
4. Tailored every project to overdeliver for clients
5. Sent 100s of personalised looms to connections 
6. Shadowed an entrepreneur around London for free
7. Travelled to clients offices to deliver free in person trainings

If you’re just getting started:

Don’t worry about ‘systems’, ‘efficiency’ or ‘balance’
Worry about signing clients, delighting them and gathering xp. 

You can do the fancy stuff later. 

My approach:

Do what no one else will until you have the ability to do what no one else can.

Take the lower salary if the job will teach you more.

My journey into entrepreneurship and skill-building began when I was 11, growing up in a city of 16,000 people in Northern Europe. Not because someone told me to, but because I was genuinely curious. What began as experiments with side hustles and content creation turned into a lifelong pursuit of learning, serving, and building. Over the last 14+ years, I have taught myself everything I know. Through trial, failure, and relentless improvement.

And one good way is to start with habits.

Figure out which habits you need to build,

So you can stay consistent and progress.

Sure, those might seem like small steps we 
take, but those steps help us to grow more.

And over time, all those habits will be built,

Helping us to stay consistent and grow.

Uncertainty is something that seems scary,

And sometimes, we even want to avoid it.

Because it's easier to stay in our comfort 
zones, where everything is familiar to us.

But we all know growth and good things...

They happen when you leave that zone.

When we experiment and start exploring.

Taking one step after another outside our 
comfort zone while also figuring things out.

Of course, leaving that zone can be difficult.

That's why we must start with small steps.

The more we take them outside that zone, 
the more we get used to exploring things.

Then, our comfort zone keeps expanding.

And we keep learning some great lessons.

So take the step, see what you can learn.

We forget quickly how great they really are,

And then we start taking them for granted.

remind ourselves how good we really have it.

And then, we can push through them again,

Learn from them, and enjoy the good ones.

Every single journey has both of them, and 
we all walk through those ups and downs.

They make our journey more interesting,

And remind not to take things for granted.

But the question you need to ask yourself:

Which one would you like to be to yourself?

Of course, there are moments when you're 
the one who has to push yourself forward.

Who says it's time to get up or take a step.

Who won't give up when facing challenges.

The truth is, finding that balance between 
both sides is something that can work best.

So we know when to celebrate small wins,

And when to push ourselves a little more.

Because that balance between both sides 
helps us to adjust when it's really needed.

By the end of the day, those are our goals,

And nobody else will achieve them for us.

We need to show up for ourselves daily.

So figure out when to be your own friend 
and when to test your current limitations.

Your progress is about the results you get,

Not about the number of hours you work.

Because it's the results that help you to

So we need to change what we focus on:

Instead of just tracking how much we work,

We also need to start counting the results.

Are you completing the tasks that help you 
achieve your goals? Or, just staying busy?

Our goal should be to move forward daily,

Not walking in circles, thinking we're growing.

So it comes down to those priorities we set.

And if we can do some things in 2 focused 
hours, we spend 8 hours on them instead?

Work smart and always measure progress.

Give your energy to the things that matter.

Besides that, predicting the moment those 
setbacks come is a waste of our time as well.

We must spend our time and energy wisely.

So the best thing we can do for ourselves:

Preparing for those setbacks beforehand.

And that preparation begins with our own 
mindset and how we see setbacks today.

You can't always directly control them all,

But you can do something much better:

Control how you respond to all setbacks.

Because your response is something you 
control, and controlling that brings change.

And the changes can be powerful enough,

To change the thing you wanted to change.

we need to know every step, we really don't.

We must start walking and walk far enough,

So we can see what the next step looks like.

So when you find yourself thinking about 
perfection, move your focus to progress.

Don't be afraid to start with what you know.

Have you ever felt this when doing things:

The less you force, the more you achieve?

Because we can fully focus on the things 
that matter when we don't force ourselves.

We often say: "I have to do those things."

But when you say: "I get to do the thing",

And then just take the next step forward,

It seems much easier to achieve all those 
things we wanted or complete our tasks.

That's why our approach often matters.

It's not just about us taking action daily,

But also about how we feel when doing it.

Negative thinking can make it much harder 
for us to achieve goals and complete tasks.

Positive thinking often does the opposite.

So change how you approach your goals.
