Conventional LinkedIn wisdom would tell you that my customer journey went something like this:

1 - Jack sent a connection request and I accepted.

2 - Jack started a conversation in the DMs.

3 - After a bit of back and forth, he pitched me his offer

But of course, that’s not what happened at all.

After the call, he sent me a payment link.

This is how to sell high ticket on LinkedIn.

A buyer opens your climate SaaS site and mutters: "Wait…what?"

The page opens with acronyms, methodology, and caveats.

The product is brilliant, but the language greets them like they already took the course and passed the exam.

They scroll, pause, scroll again—looking for the one line that explains what you actually do.

Most don't find it.
