As I was reaching the level of black belt, I increasingly got questions from other women business owners about what to do in certain attack situations. After doing some research, it becomes very obvious to me that there are few options for women to learn from other women. Women to Women Self-Defense is born! I teach women how to stay empowered, understand predators and teach moves to get out of dangerous situations.

Because of this, I continuously look to work with charitable organizations and nonprofits in their design efforts and giving back, fills my cup!

In addition to many community initiatives and love of the soothing sounds of nature, I encourage and empower women to take control of their presence by teaching self-defense courses. As a martial arts enthusiast, I take everything I have learned in my years studying various martial arts techniques to offer solutions to any woman at any age can master!
