Using this Multi Funnel Scaling System 👇

Most brands think scale = more budget.

Wrong.

This brand was already doing $5M/month.

But:

- CAC kept rising
- MER kept dropping
- Google attribution was distorted
- Meta was sending cold traffic straight to PDPs

Performance looked “okay.”

But true acquisition was broken.

Here’s what actually changed everything:

Meta became the demand engine

- Persona-based segmentation (nurses, shift workers, plantar fasciitis, etc.)
- Story-driven pre-landers
- Pain-point education before selling

CTR ↑ 30–40%

Meta ROAS 1.5x → 2x

Then Google was rebuilt around intent

→Branded & non-branded separated
→ Intent clusters (standing all day, wide toe box, arch pain, etc.)

Top 7 lessons from a brand spending $600K/mo on Google Ads
Scaling Google ≠ Adding more campaigns, stop burning money 👇

This brand was already spending big, but growth had stalled.

Not because of bids, not because of creatives.

Because Google had no idea what was actually working.

The account was noisy, fragmented, and fighting itself.

Here's what actually moved the needle:

1. Google doesn't learn from clutter

The algorithm learns from repetition, not chaos.
When signals are spread across dozens of campaigns, learning slows down.

Clean, concentrated data always beats scattered data.

2. Too many campaigns dilute performance

The audit showed:

→ Multiple PMax campaigns pushing similar products
→ Search campaigns overlapping on the same intent
→ Budgets spread so thin most campaigns never stabilized

Spend was high. Signal quality was low.

3. Internal competition kills performance

Campaigns were bidding against each other for the same users.
ROAS looked "okay", but scale was capped.

4. Consolidation unlocked profit

We stripped everything back to 3 core layers:

→ Branded (capture existing demand)
→ Prospecting (create new demand)
→ Retargeting (close warm traffic)

Nothing else.

5. Intent beats over-segmentation

Inside prospecting, we split only by intent:

→ High-intent keywords
→ Broader discovery traffic

No fancy audience stacks. No 20 product splits.

6. Budget needs room to breathe

Final split:

→ 80% Prospecting
→ 15% Branded
→ 5% Retargeting

Each campaign finally had enough data to optimize properly.

7. Scale came from clarity, not hacks

Once we removed internal competition and cleaned up the structure:

→ Learning sped up
→ Acquisition stabilized
→ Profit followed

This isn't a "copy our setup" post.
