•	Brand Management of the Tucson: Planning, executing and monitoring of all marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL & Digital) for the Hyundai Tucson.
•	Assisting in planning, executing and monitoring of marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL & Digital), product activation, events & collateral for Hyundai's product line-up to increase brand awareness & improve customer engagement levels.
•	Planned & executed DVC campaign for the Tucson in-order to enhance product image & generate sales.
•	Monitoring and analysing sales volumes, market share trends, and competitive activity.
•	Supervision and auditing of Hyundai Motor Company's Brand Identity ensuring all marketing collateral is streamlined as per guidelines.
•	Coordinating with Marketing agencies and external vendors to bring marketing ideas into execution aligning with requirements and brand guidelines.
•	Identifying & plugging gaps in Customer Experience across digital touch-points.
•	Establishment of Dealership websites under the HSPS program criteria & ensuring implementation of these standards.

Executive - Marketing Planning

•	Monitored Customer Experience at nationwide Dealership network through external & internal audits such as Mystery Shopping & Spot Assessments to ensure seamless experience across all touch-points. 
•	Conducted detailed product trainings of new vehicle launches (Elantra, Sonata & Staria) for Hyundai Dealership Salesforce nationwide. 
•	Created Sales Manual & professional Role Play video for the newly launched Hyundai Sonata to assist sales effort.
•	Maintained a comprehensive IKB (Internal Knowledge Base) of all direct competitors of Hyundai CKD/CBU products for onwards circulation to Dealership sales staff.
•	Managed Hyundai's E-Learning (HTA) platform, consistently ranking amongst the 5 best performers in MENA region. 
•	Rolled-out the Hyundai Strategy for Professional Sales (HSPS) Program, standardizing all marketing & sales processes of nationwide dealerships.
•	Established Dealership website standardization criteria under the HSPS program & ensured implementation of these standards. 
•	Rolled-out Sales Certification Program for Hyundai's Salesforce nationwide.
•	Co-wrote the scripts, carried out on-ground shooting and editing of 4 Role-Play videos for the Hyundai CX Championship 2021.
