My "secret sauce" for growing a 6-figure solo business

Okay, here goes:

6 years ago – I was working as a fine dining server.

A freak fire took that job and any future with the company away from me.

I made a choice the next morning.

"I'm going to commit to 30 days of writing – no matter what."

How to quietly make $10K/month 

(While everyone else argues about algorithms):

Six emails, to be exact.

Sent to the same list every single week.

While creators are exhausting themselves trying to crack the Instagram code, I write six emails once a week during the month, and let psychology do the selling.

This sequence has generated over $150K in the last 12 months:

Email 1: Establish problem

I mirror back their exact frustration. The thing they think about at 2 AM when they can't sleep.

Email 2: Amplify consequences

I show them the compound cost of staying stuck. Not just today's pain—but where this path leads.

Email 3: Transformation story

I share how someone escaped their exact situation. Relatable starting point, clear steps, tangible results.

Email 4: Social proof

I stack evidence. Different stories, different angles, same transformation.

Email 5: Reveal offer

I present the bridge from their current reality to their desired outcome. Simple, clear, focused.

Email 6: Create urgency

I give them a reason to decide now instead of "someday." Scarcity, deadlines, price changes.

Six days of proven psychology.

This isn't about being pushy.

It's about being systematic.

People don't buy randomly.
They buy when they're ready.
And readiness follows a predictable pattern.

Problem awareness → Consequence clarity → Solution belief → Social proof → Clear offer → Decision pressure.

I just guide them through each step.

While others pray for algorithm luck, I control my income with six emails.

Email lists are assets.
Social media followers are liabilities.

One you own.
The other can disappear overnight.

I helped a  client of mine close a $72,000 enterprise deal

The: 

Offer was ready
Fulfillment was ready

Pitch deck slides?
