My philosophy: Growth should operate like a product—iterated weekly, measured precisely, and increasingly automated. I design GTM operating systems (GMOS) that combine demand gen, lifecycle automation, enrichment workflows, predictive scoring, and content intelligence into one cohesive engine.

• Embraced a leadership role within the SDR organization while carrying a full quota. Helped onboard and train new hires, write email templates / call scripts, run webinars, and work with product team to test new features.

FY21 Results:
- In 10 months, I built just over $5m in qualified pipeline
- 134% quota attainment (#1 out of 19 reps globally)

Sr. Enterprise SDR

• Conducted lead generation and prospect development to help facilitate conversations with enterprise companies. Performance was measured based on the number of demos/meetings I booked for my sales reps, the amount of pipeline I built, and how much of that pipeline was ultimately closed by my respective sales reps.

• Focused on driving conversations with inbound leads to source new sales opportunities, educating top of funnel prospects, and providing a white-glove experience for website visitors.

- 106% quarterly quota attainment (highest on the team)
