Treat each comment as a mini-post.
Write something thoughtful, not just “great post.”

➡️ Then screenshot that comment.
Save it.
Later, expand it into a full post.

Because every single comment you write online = a seed for content.

Posting every week but still no leads?
Chances are, you’re ignoring these 5 rules.

1. Talk, don’t just post
If someone comments on your post and you don’t reply, your reach will eventually drop.


2. Stick to one lane
If you’re known for everything, you’re remembered for nothing.

Instead of saying: I do marketing
Say:
I help coaches get clients on LinkedIn.


3. Show proof
People don’t just want to hear it, they want to see it.
Client wins, screenshots, your own journey it all builds trust.


4. Nail the first 2 lines
Boring hooks = no one reads the rest.

Instead of:
I have tips for growth.
Try:
My client grew 3x without ads. Here’s how.


5. Give first
Nobody says yes to Buy my service as the first message.
Give value, build trust then ask.


The creators who win here aren’t the loudest.
They’re the ones who know how to talk, prove, and give.

They struggle because they don’t have clarity.

So they post everything.
A little advice.
A little motivation.
A little trend.

And after some time, nothing works.

Not because the content is bad.
But because people don’t know what you stand for.

When your direction keeps changing, your audience gets confused.
And confused people don’t follow.
They don’t trust.
They don’t remember.

The people who grow here are not the loudest.
They are the clearest.

They know:

That clarity makes content easy.
And growth steady.

Before posting more, ask yourself: 
What should someone think of me after reading my posts for 30 days?

If you can answer that, LinkedIn stops feeling hard.

Most people on LinkedIn think their problem is:
My content isn’t performing.

It’s not.

The real problem is this:

Your content doesn’t give the right people a reason to talk to you.

I see this every week smart founders, consultants, and service providers
posting consistently…
getting likes…
and still having empty inboxes.

Not because they’re bad at writing.
Not because the algorithm hates them.
But because their content has no commercial intent.

Content without intent creates noise.
Content with intent creates conversations.

When clients work with me, we don’t start with:
What should I post?

We start with:
Who should this content attract and why should they reach out?

That one shift changes everything.

If you’re done posting just to stay visible

I’ve been noticing this a lot on LinkedIn.
People aren’t failing.
They’re just quitting too early.

Your first month here will feel hard.
So let me be honest with you.

Your posts won’t get much reach.
People won’t react.
Comments will be very few.
Even if your content is good.

The biggest mistake?
Expecting fast results.

Most people stop here.
Not because they’re bad…
but because the silence makes them doubt themselves.

Here’s the simple truth:

Showing up matters more than talent.
And talent matters more than strategy.

If you show up for 90 days,
learn how LinkedIn works,
and keep improving a little every week,
then judge your results.

Not after 3 posts.
Not after 10 days.
Not after no engagement yet.

You don’t get visibility here for free.
You earn it with time.

I’m not saying this as an expert.
I’m living it.

If I stop posting for a few days, my reach drops.
It takes time to come back.
That’s normal.

This is for anyone who’s trying…
but feels nothing is happening.

Don’t get discouraged.
Your work isn’t useless.
It’s just early.

Keep posting.
Be patient.
Give yourself at least 3 months.

One day you’ll look back and think,
I’m glad I didn’t stop.

LinkedIn works.
But only for people who stay.

You don’t need to post daily.
You don’t need to be loud.

You need to be present with intent.

That’s how LinkedIn becomes an advantage, not a distraction.

That’s usually the signal you’re delaying something important.

Here’s something LinkedIn doesn’t warn you about:

Intent doesn’t wait.

When someone reaches out,
they’re already halfway into a decision.

They’re comparing.
They’re observing how you move.
They’re testing how seriously you take them.

And silence — even when unintentional —
answers for you.

I used to think good content closes deals.

Now I know:
Content opens doors.
Responsiveness decides who walks in.

Since then, I’ve changed one rule in how I work:
If someone messages me with genuine intent,
they get a response fast.

Not perfect.
Not long.
Just present.
