My responsibilities include workforce planning, talent strategy, and optimizing resource allocation to support growth. I also lead initiatives to streamline operations, improve cross-functional collaboration, and ensure smooth delivery of strategic priorities.

As COO at iFax, I lead cross-functional operations to scale our secure, HIPAA-compliant cloud fax platform, ensuring healthcare providers and enterprises receive seamless, reliable service that meets complex regulatory and technical demands.

Fill is Amplify’s eSignature platform built for HIPAA-compliant workflows. I focus on operations, aligning cross-functional teams to simplify secure document signing at scale.

Salescode

As the driving force behind Salescode's global expansion, I embarked on an exhilarating journey of creating, nurturing, and refining vital departments from the ground up. I successfully led the establishment of  𝐇𝐑, 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 functions across the Asia-Pacific (𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐂), 𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐀, and Americas (𝐀𝐌𝐒) regions.
