I enjoy being a coach, consultant, or mentor based on the needs of leaders and startup founders I consult with, aiming for their next-level growth in both professional and personal realms. This versatility in roles and the ability to provide meaningful insights for positive shifts in their paths are skills honed during my time at the Centre for Incubation and Business Acceleration, a technology business incubator.

In 2023, I served as a #virtual mentor for Google for Startups - Women Entrepreneurship Program & Centre for Incubation and Business Acceleration Forge Me Program. I derive great fulfillment from conducting virtual tailor-made training programs for various academic institutions and incubators, helping illuminate their blind spots and inspiring action towards achieving their business or personal goals.

Additionally, I serve as a #virtual advisor to IMT Ghaziabad and Runway, both esteemed business incubators.

Creating a safe space for leaders and businesses to freely express themselves and explore potential collaborations for business or shared interests is another area where I find fulfillment. My motivation for community building is rooted in my experiences with 91springboard, a leading coworking space company in India.

I manage 'The Enabler,' a #virtual forum with over 80 leaders, and produce a #Virtual Global Leadership Podcast.

Spending quality time with my wife and family brings me immense joy and inspiration, encouraging me to make meaningful contributions to the world.

Posting generic content is reputational suicide.

And you don’t even realise you’re doing it!

I see it every single time I scroll through LinkedIn:

Executives posting AI-generated content.
Founders posting generic “how-to” tips.
CEO’s sharing surface-level advice.

It’s as if they wanted me to fall asleep.
Yet, they still wonder why no one takes them seriously.

They're literally training people to see them as generic.

And this isn’t pretty, because your content is your reputation in real-time.

Post robotic content:
↳ People see you as robotic.

Post promotional content:
↳ People see you as pushy.

Post generic content:
↳ People see you as forgettable.

But here's the flip side:

Share your real thoughts:
↳ People see you as authentic.

Share your process:
↳ People see you as expert.

Share your struggles:
↳ People see you as human.

Your ideal clients aren’t stupid.

They can spot the emotionless Ai writing.
They can sense when you're not being real.
They can smell the desperation in your sales posts.

So ask yourself:
What do you want to be remembered for?

Then make sure that's what you're repeating.

Because repetition creates recognition.
And recognition creates results.

I keep seeing the same mistakes on LinkedIn.

And together, they’re ruining your credibility:

Most people are clueless that they’re making these mistakes.

They think they’re building trust,
but in reality, they’re pushing the right people away.

It’s bizarre, too, because once you know about them,
you can spot these mistakes from a mile away.

Let me show you what I mean…

Here are the biggest offenders I keep seeing on LinkedIn:
(and why they’re repelling your potential clients faster than garlic repels vampires)...

[1] Posting about how much money you make
(Nothing screams "I'm lying" quite like broadcasting your income)

[2] Spamming connection requests
(Your "personalised" template isn't fooling anyone)

[3] Instant pitching after connecting
(We can smell desperation through the screen)

[4] Writing novels about your morning routine
(No one cares about your cold showers)

[5] Sharing motivational quotes
(Sorry, but you’re not Gary Vee!)

[6] Using "I help" in your headline
(Along with 10 million other "experts")

[7] Posting about posting on LinkedIn
(Meta content is dead)

Want to actually get clients?

It’s simple:

• Share specific results you got for others.
• Give tactical advice others can use today.
• Show your work.

No frameworks.
No systems.
No bulls**t.

Just proof that you know what you're talking about.
The clients who matter will notice.

P.S. What’s something you see on LinkedIn that instantly makes you scroll past?

I never took an exam without a penguin in my shoe!

It carried a power no one understood. 

I'd reach for my shelf: 

Fingers brushing book edges,
searching... 

Then, a soft metallic scrape. 
I froze. 

There it was. 
Cool. Worn. Familiar. 

Relief surged as I lifted it to my eyes: 

A 2004 Falkland Islands 1p coin.
Two tiny penguins stamped on its face.

I slipped it under my foot.
Shoelaces pulled tight.
A faint click as I shifted my weight.
It was stupid, really. 
Exams never worried me.

I knew my stuff.
And my results proved it.

Still, I clung to the ritual;
as if calm itself lived in that coin. 

But later came my driving test... 

Seatbelt tight. 
Heart hammering. 
Engine humming. 

Yet. nothing felt steady. 

Not the road. 
Not the car. 
Not me. 

By the final turn, 
one mistake was enough. 
Failed!

That’s when I realised...
No penguin beneath my foot. 

The irony stung. 

So the next time, it was there. 
Firm under my sole. 

My focus sharpened,
and I passed with flying colours.

Years later, I realised the truth behind my ritual:

The coin never held the power.
It reflected what I already carried: 

Confidence.
Focus.
Calm.

We all have our penguin.

A ritual, a charm, something that whispers,
"You've got this." 

But the real power?
It was never the coin.

It was always inside me.
And it’s inside you, too. 

P.S. What’s your penguin?

Studying top creators ruined my voice.

Because what I learned wasn’t what I expected:

When I first started on LinkedIn,
I thought I was being strategic.

I broke down the top voices.
Mimicked their styles.
Studied their formats.

And for a while, it felt like progress.

But something subtle was happening at the same time:

My voice was disappearing.
My posts looked fine on the surface…
yet they felt hollow.

Generic.
Interchangeable.

It took me a while to admit the truth:

Their strategies worked for:

• Their personality
• Their audience.
• Their identity

But none of those things were mine.

And the more I copied,
the more disconnected I became from what actually mattered:

my own lived experiences.

The shift happened when I finally stopped mimicking and started writing from my world.

• What I’d seen on client calls.
• What I’d learned.
• What I’d felt.

And the difference was instant:

• My voice sharpened.
• My content deepened.
• My audience cared.

And the lesson became painfully clear:

You can study someone’s technique.
But you cannot copy their truth.

So if you’re still trying to be the next them…
be honest with yourself:

What would happen if you let your own voice lead for once?

This is the most underrated way to sound like yourself.

And 91%+ of people are using it wrong!

I’m talking about rhythm.
Not what you say, but how you say it.

Let me explain...

Most content on LinkedIn is flat.

Same sentence length.
Same structure.
Same energy.

It’s like listening to someone talk in monotone.

Technically correct,
but emotionally lifeless.

That’s why your content needs rhythm.

And no, i’m not just talking about using the typical advice that goes:

“Use short sentences for punch, and long sentences for depth.”

Because thythm is bigger than that.

Rhythm is:


∙ The commas you choose to keep
∙ The words you repeat on purpose
∙ The way you break a line mid-thought
∙ The white space you leave so an idea can land

Read that again and you’ll notice something:

You didn’t just understand it.
You felt it move.

That’s rhythm.

It’s how you speak.
It’s how music works.
It’s how great writing pulls you in without you even noticing.

And it’s exactly how I write for my clients.

When I work with someone, I go far beyond extracting their ideas.
I capture their cadence.

The tiny pauses.
The phrases they lean on.
The way their thoughts naturally unfold.

Because when you get this right,
something powerful happens:

Your audience knows it’s you before they ever see your name.

That’s where genuine authority begins,
and it’s not something you can fake.

Most ghostwriters are oblivious to this.

They focus on information:
Lists, bullet points, frameworks.

Are they valuable? Sure.
But are they memorable? Rarely.

So, instead, I focus on rhythm.

Because rhythm does something structure never will:

∙ It makes people feel something.
∙ It makes your writing sound human, not robotic.
∙ It makes your audience trust you, not just read you.

And when you combine rhythm with your unique perspective?
You become impossible to copy.

So while your competitors can steal your ideas,
they can’t steal your rhythm.

That’s yours.

So here’s my challenge to you:

Read your last post out loud.

Does it sound like you?
Or does it sound like everyone else?

If it’s the latter, you’re missing one of the  most powerful tool in your content.
