4. Organising Events as part of Business development & Outdoor Marketing with Sales Team
5.Attending & Conducting Meetings ,Training Programmes, Seminars & Workshops across all the three Banks Covering varied topics and  varied places in South India.

Started my career in a Pvt sector Bank ; joined a new generation Bank and again switched over to another Pvt sector Bank totalling my career experience to 30 years.Had lots of experience both professional as well as business ; but to be honest and true to myself , the job I could get as a means of livelihood , slowly became my passion , kindling a burning desire to perform and excel which culminated in winning me merit certificates, prizes, gifts, mementos & timely recognitions. Each portfolio , big or small , adds  to experience. Each accomplishment is an honour. Every time I succeeded, it was positive mindset and hard work,  that drove me swiftly to the finishing point along with Strong Inherent  Analytical Skills & Spot on Prioritisation skills, I believe,  I possess. I could effectively move along with my teams ; make them deliver ; and uphold my teams wherever I headed Branches.. Professionalism and Business should go hand in hand ; must blend ; for any institution to progress and show a steadfast growth ; especially a financial Institution ...that we see in profit making companies ,  which are say about 100 yrs old , even now , moving ahead.. Had lively first hand knowledge of any new product or technology that I came across within these three different Banks as I believe and still believe that it's a " learning process" always.. However skilled you are , you need to have a well balanced mind set to display right and  positive attitude in extreme situations too, and to do hardwork , whatever be the job profile or cadre ! Making a job smart is upto you. Do job but smart goes a saying , but it is WE who make any job smart, smarter and the smartest .
