I’m a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and established and chair the Patient Experience Council. I turned around the performance of the Philanthropy/Fundraising Department.

Highlights of my accomplishments include:

•Transformed the patient experience and substantially increased patient experience scores by gaining critical stakeholder buy-in to develop and implement a new patient interaction model called “Bridging the GAP” (deployed across 7k employees). 
•Patient experience scores improved from the 41st percentile (State) and the 31st percentile (National) to the 75th percentile (State) and the 53rd percentile (National) in just 2 years, despite the COVID19 pandemic. 
•Adopted a new data management strategy across Adventist HealthCare incorporating the customer voice using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze quantitative and qualitative data down to unit level. 
•Drove enhanced development strategies to reignite fundraising for Adventist HealthCare and grew from $3M to $7M. Concurrently decreased fundraising cost to raise a dollar from .84 to .36, simplified the process, and reduced the administrative burden. Restructured the 20-person department and increased the pipeline.
•Implemented new processes for deploying initiatives and monitoring compliance while collecting user feedback, training leaders and staff in patient experience best practices, and cultivating grateful patients for foundation engagement. 
•Developed vision and strategy for digital transformation through a partnership with Salesforce.

There I took an idea of "make more money from payments" and turn it into a business case, with a hiring plan, and 18 months later we launched SamPay and doubled our processing BPS. SamPay became the default processor on SamCart and had a 99% attach rate for new customers.

New Product Exploration @ Kasita
• During COVID, I was responsible for pivoting Kasita from a tiny home hotel builder with a new revenue stream by leveraging in house technology to create a SAAS offering to sell to other boutique hotels. I worked with our engineering team to build product requirements, oversaw product development, and built all GTM materials.

Scaling for Growth @ SamCart
• At SamCart, I helped build the operational framework to allow the company to grow from 40 to 140 employees in 12 months. I upgraded our payroll, expense reporting, and 401k providers to bring best-in-class tools to the organization. During my time SamCart grew from $16M to $30M.

Acquisition Integration @ Clearhead
