Oversee all aspects of Studio Production, ensure timelines were met and product images pushed LIVE onsite in the shortest turn around time. Coordinate with Stylists, photographers, content, buyers, management and other clients to ensure smooth production flow whilst quickly resolving bottlenecks as they happened. High-end image retouching for marketing purposes as required. Liaise with virtual teams to ensure all aspects of production were met. Supported BLACK NOVEMBER sales seamlessly at the back-end ensuring all products were LIVE onsite.

Sr. Studio Post Production Consultant, Image Finalizer and Quality Assurance

By leading models, photographers, and stylists as required as well as overseeing Live and pre/post images quality throughout model photography shoots I completed effective shorts for consistent quality products.

By enhancing operational excellence, I planned daily production schedule and developed best possible experience for internal/external clients. By ensuring all staff follow organisational policies and procedures I headed entire process from design to implementation, such as in-house graphics designing, image retouching, background removal/replacement, Instagram, web-banner, and related marketing collateral artwork. By identifying composition, model pose, styling, and product visibility through collaboration with studio photographers for processes, techniques, and equipment regarding final product shots, I selected images. By interacting with external agencies, I devised video filming and editing product models. Streamlining production processes and WYSIWYG (What You See is What You Get) I utilised various automation software, such as Capture One Adobe, iMacs/pros, MacBook’s, and other laptops. Additionally, I conducted one-to-one mentoring sections with image re-touchers, editors, researchers, systems debriefing, Sony Vegas, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, process flows, and new staff inductions.

☞Programmed several events under directive of Chief Happiness Officer for securing company’s cost, while working in a team of four.

By catalysing effective results, I programmed and managed events with coral sound light and events, while acting as a bass player with various musicians and bands. Moreover, I supported clients in ideation/visualisation, photography, and audio/video pre- and post-production.
