ADHD is often misunderstood, especially in professional settings. It can affect focus, time management, and organizational skills, leading to challenges that are sometimes mistaken for lack of effort or motivation. The strong emotions often associated with ADHD can lead to misunderstandings and anxiety.  However, with the right strategies and support, ADHD can become a source of unique strengths and creativity.

At Positive Change Now, I offer personalized 1:1 coaching and group programs designed to harness these strengths, improve executive functioning, and build sustainable habits for success.  Where applicable, we embrace the use of AI to support executive functioning and continuously explore where and how AI can be used as a “brain assistant”.
