•Ranked #1 BDR in Chicago Hub based off of input and output score.

•Completed AE readiness program, focusing on account planning, territory mapping, tiering of accounts, intro/discovery call, mutual plan, ROI, and pricing/closing calls.

•Surpassed all KPI’s (calls, emails, connects, pipeline, meetings-set and revenue) 9 out of 10-months.
•Ranked as a top 10 SDR (out of 50 plus reps) 9 out of 10-months based off of KPI’s.

Identified and attracted prospects for inclusion in NCSA’s database and services for potential college athletes. Educated and counseled qualified prospects on college sports and academic recruiting. Met with potential company partners to demonstrate NCSA’s services and process.
•Awarded #1 Scout for 2017, developing a tight sales process and cadence. 
•Led Mentorship Program at NCSA, helping new reps ramp up quickly and more tenured reps sharpen and learn new skills to help them hit their numbers.

From Burnout to Breakthrough: My journey to resilience and how I can help you thrive. 

In 2020, I landed what I thought was my dream job. But after two years of relentless grinding, I hit a wall. 

Burnout, stress, anxiety, and depression became the new norm. Approaching rock bottom fast, I knew something had to change.

I tried every hack, magic pill, and quick fix out there, but none worked. That’s when I decided to take a different approach.

Instead of seeking the easy way out, I embraced discomfort and pushed beyond my comfort zone. 

It started with small, intentional actions:

→ Cutting out alcohol and junk food 
→ Trying new things that scared me 
→ Taking the stairs instead of the elevator
→ Waking up a bit earlier for a cold shower
→ Carrying a backpack filled with rocks and heavy books

These simple acts of resilience reignited my passion and sense of purpose. I felt alive again. 

Doing hard things became my ultimate life hack, teaching me to embrace discomfort, face failure head-on, and learn by doing.
