•Received HiPo status based off of input and output score (Input score 170% and output score 194%).
•Ranked #1 BDR in Chicago Hub based off of input and output score.
•Won Team MVP 2X based off on dash and off dash performance. 
•Completed AE readiness program, focusing on account planning, territory mapping, tiering of accounts, intro/discovery call, mutual plan, ROI, and pricing/closing calls.

•Worked side by side with Salesforce Account Executives, helping to ensure smooth hand off and proper introduction to key stakeholders within the business. 
•Maintained active engagement with new and existing leads through a tight sales cadence and creative follow-up, increasing interest in Salesforce.com.
•Surpassed all KPI’s (calls, emails, connects, pipeline, meetings-set and revenue) 9 out of 10-months.
•Ranked as a top 10 SDR (out of 50 plus reps) 9 out of 10-months based off of KPI’s.

Identified and attracted prospects for inclusion in NCSA’s database and services for potential college athletes. Educated and counseled qualified prospects on college sports and academic recruiting. Met with potential company partners to demonstrate NCSA’s services and process.
•Awarded #1 Scout for 2017, developing a tight sales process and cadence. 
•Led Mentorship Program at NCSA, helping new reps ramp up quickly and more tenured reps sharpen and learn new skills to help them hit their numbers. 
•Exceeded sales expectations in every category from April 2016-2018 by creating an effective sales process.
•Promoted 4 times within NCSA in less than 2-years, for exceeding every KPI, and going above and beyond to mentor and help others.

From Burnout to Breakthrough: My journey to resilience and how I can help you thrive. 

In 2020, I landed what I thought was my dream job. But after two years of relentless grinding, I hit a wall. 

Burnout, stress, anxiety, and depression became the new norm. Approaching rock bottom fast, I knew something had to change.

I tried every hack, magic pill, and quick fix out there, but none worked. That’s when I decided to take a different approach.

Instead of seeking the easy way out, I embraced discomfort and pushed beyond my comfort zone. 

It started with small, intentional actions:

→ Cutting out alcohol and junk food 
→ Trying new things that scared me 
→ Taking the stairs instead of the elevator
→ Waking up a bit earlier for a cold shower
→ Carrying a backpack filled with rocks and heavy books

These simple acts of resilience reignited my passion and sense of purpose. I felt alive again. 

Doing hard things became my ultimate life hack, teaching me to embrace discomfort, face failure head-on, and learn by doing.
