As Founder & CEO of Lake One, I lead a team of Digital Outfitters helping nonprofits, B Corps, and purpose-led businesses build sustainable growth systems built on HubSpot. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and stewardship, connecting marketing, sales, and support so organizations can serve people better, not just scale faster.

Since 2014, I’ve partnered with founders and operators across nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology, guiding them through the real work of digital transformation: aligning people, process, and platforms around a clear point of view.

My career began behind a microphone, as a DJ and later a reporter, where I learned how clarity and storytelling create trust. That experience still shapes how I lead today: designing systems that support humans, reduce friction, and enable better decisions over time.

I’m also a childhood cancer survivor and advocate. That experience deeply shaped how I think about stewardship, resilience, and the long view, and why I care so much about building systems that support people when things get hard, not just when they’re growing.

Outside of Lake One, you’ll usually find me rewilding my Minnesota yard, exploring trails, or supporting conservation and community efforts, reminders that growth only matters when it’s grounded in purpose.

I help business owners and startup founders who sell align their sales+marketing investments with their goals. This gives them to ability to close sales more cost efficiently while saving on marketing.

Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of helping founders, builders, corporate entrepreneurs, and small business owners align their sales and marketing efforts to achieve the Growth they know is possible.

During that time, one consistent challenge I have observed, spanning from startup founders to small business owners, lies in managing the fragmented services they need to run their organization.

This siloed approach usually requires multiple service providers, each driven by distinct, often competing, economic incentives. This places an unfair burden on organizations and can often lead to missed opportunities, as well as unrealized revenue and return on investment.

I’ve always believed there was a better way. By aligning sales, marketing, and cashflow, I believe organizations can scale more intentionally.

I've developed a proven process that aligns revenue operations (sales), scales stakeholder communication with the help of generative AI, and focuses marketing investments to help business owners and their leadership teams achieve their business goals.

I’m a firm believer that clients deserve partners who not only understand their business goals but are also actively committed to proactively helping them achieve them—that’s what I do today.

On a personal note, I was born in Jamaica and raised in an environment where my mother's commitment to her community, in building and growing our family's prep school, and my father's integrity as a police force leader, were instilled in me. I have carried these lessons with me, shaping my approach to my work and life.

I am committed to helping our clients maximize their investments and mentoring the next generation of business builders here in Minnesota. To that end, outside of work, I invest my time in my community by supporting upcoming business leaders and helping early-stage founders become ready for capital investment.

My belief in the power of education, a transformative force I have experienced firsthand, has led to my commitment to Silicon North Stars, a nonprofit aimed at inspiring young Minnesotans to become future tech leaders.
