I work on business sales and purchases usually under £20 million. Everything’s explained clearly, priced fairly, and handled by me (not passed down to some junior you’ve never met). You’ll get practical advice, quick replies, and probably a few moments where you go: “ah, that makes sense now.”. All delivered with personality and a smile - we might even enjoy it. 

I’ve written a free book for people like you – Selling Your Business – which you’ll find in my profile. It’s a good starting point if you’re just beginning to think about life after exit.

Outside of M&A deals, I also help businesses with the day-to-day legal stuff – contracts, trade marks, company matters, and generally being your go-to legal brain when you need one. If you’re after regular advice, I offer a VIP subscription too.
