My role is to help you understand how St James’s Place Wealth Management continues to support over 2600 wealth management practices achieve their personal objectives, helping build businesses that advisers can be proud of, and giving them the time to focus on the areas that they feel adds the most value.

Executive  Manager - Partnership Recruitment

5 years engaging with, and placing, successful financial advisers into established St James's Place Wealth Management Practices.
Within this period I was also heavily involved in the creation and execution of both tactical and strategic initiatives to grow the partnership

Senior Manager - Partnership Recruitment

Due to the unprecedented success of the Marketing team, my remit grew to that of National Acquisition Marketing Manager where my team of 13 were responsible for the successful introduction of a further  243 IFAs, OMB's and employed advisers to the St. James's Place Partnership.

Marketing Manager - Acquisition 

Responsible for the creation of an Acquisition Marketing team which involved the recruitment, training and day to day leadership of 4 highly successful Marketers, responsible for introducing successful financial advisers to St James's Place Wealth Management. Over a 2 year period the team were personally responsible for the successful introduction of 77 new Partners and Advisers to St James's Place Wealth Management.

Senior Consultant - Acquisition

Currencies Direct

Sales role developing Private Foreign Exchange. Daily tasks include liaising with a large number of affiliates and partners to expand private client base. 
Providing support to the senior traders where necessary helping through trades and developing revenue for monthly/ quarterly and yearly targets.

PFX Trader

PEI - Alternative Insight

Sales role in ‘Queen’s Award for Enterprise’ accredited Financial Publishing house, selling range of information tools to Private Equity Firms, Investors, Placement Agents, Banks and Law Firms.
Information tools included, databases, magazines, conference places and online subscriptions to CFO’s, Partners, Directors and Presidents of companies such as The Blackstone Group, The Carlyle Group, Doughty Hanson, SJ Berwin, Warburg Pincus, KKR, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan amongst others.

Account Manager

Fitness First Middle East

Qualified at Premier Training International at Reps Level 3 in personal training and sports massage. 
Developed a client base of 15 in first month offering sports massage in a local establishment showing flair for building rapport and attracting business.
Offered a full-time contract for three months in Dubai with Fitness First in Middle East helping to train newly recruited personal trainers, and develop my own skills. 
Sold over 25,000 Dirhams worth of personal training respectively beating my sales targets by approximately 250%.
During the three month placement I collected the rookie of the month award in my first month and then the prestigious ‘most valuable employee’ award for two consecutive months.

Personal Trainer

Continuously building strong relationships with some of the industries most talented financial planners supporting a significant number to stay informed of the changes to the St James's Place Client and Advisory propositions.

I specialise in supporting financial planners build a road-map, to becoming self-employed, and running their own business for when the time is right.

This also extends to supporting existing businesses owners maximise the value of their business and proposition by offering more robust support whilst reducing risk, recruiting advisers and creating more time to see clients.
