•	Consultant for Director of Technology Sourcing.
•	Provided advice and subject matter expertise to the Director and Technology Sourcing Leadership Team.
•	Designed and developed strategy, future state services and capabilities, service measures, transition and change management plan for new Technology Sourcing Operating Model.
•	Liaised with offices of the Group CIO and CTO and led engagement with other Bank functions.
•	Delivered thought leadership to drive out complexity, increase operational efficiency, manage risk and deliver superior customer service and business outcomes.
•	Created templates and frameworks aligned with industry best practice for Sourcing and Advisory, Supplier Management, and Commercial Management teams.
•	Developed agile and digital sourcing strategy.
•	Technology Sourcing Lead for innovation, continuous improvement, productivity and process optimisation.

Strategic Planning, Consulting and Engagement

•	Successfully led and managed the strategic negotiation of a 5-year $300 Million Workplace Services “as a Service’ outsourcing and transformation contracts delivering a 'one-bank' technology infrastructure service that drives operational efficiencies, automation, collaboration, addresses customer service pain points while delivering $50 Million in savings and benefits.
•	Commercial lead and provided sourcing expertise for a 5-year $60 Million relationship with a Start-Up company building a world-first payment terminal and a point of sale solution and delivering sales, marketing & technology services.
•	Acted as the single point of contact and commercial owner of the Workplace Domain, actively managed relationships with the most senior stakeholders internally and with Strategic Partners. 
•	Developed broad industry/ portfolio credentials as 'best practice' champion and negotiated at the most senior level on contractual, technical, business, commercial issues and disputes.
•	Supported the optimal selection and development of partners while considering other suppliers in the industry. Enabled Westpac to get the best out of each supplier and encouraged collaboration between the Bank and partners in the Workplace Domain.

Senior Commercial Manager

•	Sole commercial responsibility and accountability for major and tactical infrastructure vendors with total annual Opex spend in excess of $100 Million delivering $10 Million in savings and value. 
•	People management and leadership of Commercial Managers.
•	Sourcing Lead for Westpac’s acquisition of the Lloyds Australia Business Acquisition.
•	Led end-to-end strategy and commercial activities, implementation of sourcing activities including hardware, software and IT services negotiation and management of complex RFPs.
•	Provide subject matter expertise, strategic guidance, direction and advice covering all aspects of IT Sourcing, Supplier Management and Governance.
•	Received two Group Services Spark Award nominations and recognised by Director of Sourcing for closing complex Group Data Warehouse contract to meet project deadline.

IT Strategic Sourcing Manager

•	Sourced IT products and services across all Technology portfolios for the Bank.
•	Developed and implemented effective relationships with strategic vendors and strong engagement with Executive-level stakeholders; business engagement lead for BT and Institutional Bank.
•	Managed the commercial relationship with Fiserv and key software suppliers for the Online Transformation Program (OTP) and key projects.
