• Collaborated with corporate HR team to develop a digitized on-boarding process to implement across the US. This initiative standardized on-boarding across 80+ US sites, eliminating repetitive steps and resulted in a 1-day average reduced on-boarding.
• Helped implement an attendance call-in line and created the policy which reduced the amount of manual tracking and increased accountability regarding adherence leading to 4 additional sites implementing this process and policy as well.
• Recruited over 70+ employees for hourly, salary and temp positions including attracting, recruiting, screening, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and on-boarding while collaborating with HR manager to establish annual staffing plan for EOY. 
• Audited bimonthly payroll in Kronos for 260+ employees to ensure all edits were consistent and accurate for processing. 
• Trained supervisors on employee relations/performance management processes including coachings, written warnings, investigation procedures, leave management (FMLA, ADA, Sedgewick), and effective communication tactics.
• Transitioned to HRBP for new line of business to train and collaborate on global talent acquisition initiative to hire/onboard 10 master’s to PhD level electrical engineers in Poland, China, and Germany.

HR Generalist - Leadership Development Program | 2nd Rotation

• Collaborated with production supervisors to design and implement cross-training program to staff 20+ local lathe machines from 71% capability to 100% minimizing machine downtime resulting in a $100,000+ a year in local revenue increase.
• Appointed 2nd chair for labor negotiations. Oversaw all grievance process, workplace investigations, performance management, coachings, and employee relations to ensure consistent practices.
• Worked with site leadership to create change management communications to prepare employees for company acquisition.
• Led all employee engagement events including United Way campaign with 76% employee participation and over $20,000 raised.

HR Generalist - Leadership Development Program | 1st Rotation

• Led full cycle talent acquisition and hiring efforts for all internal transfers/external hires including interviewing 350+ candidates, extending 85+ job offers, and collaborating with HR Generalist for compensation analysis and salary negotiations.
• Planned all engagement events for 1100+ employees including Annual DE&I Summit, ERG events, town halls, lunch and learns. 
• Co-led site employee investigation processes for most employee relations issues and interpersonal employee conflicts.

Originally from a small town in South Carolina with less than ~2000 population where I learned the importance of having a strong character and discipline while being kind and loving, always.

I left HR in 2021 to pursue a personal dream to go into the full-time ministry to start a college group from scratch. I learned after slightly less than 2 years that my passions in life fall closer to impacting business cultures and creating content that pushes the envelope for a happier workforce.
