To running my own video marketing production agency...

To marketing coach/consultant…

And I’m going to cement that with a goal.

My goal is to help another 25 entrepreneurs scale their business to effortless, profitable, TIME-abundant revenue generation.

I and my processes have worked for solopreneurs, mid-sized businesses, and nonprofits of all kinds.

From pretty much all corners of the globe.

As the Founder & CEO of The Flora May Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing support and empowerment to parents with children in need, I have been leading the vision, strategy, and operations for over eight years.

Our Mission is helping families in crisis. Our non-profit has 2 pillars of assistance:

1. We’re here for parents of teenagers struggling with mental health and/or substance abuse. The Flora May Foundation guides parents when their adolescents life gets out of control, and have no where to turn. We offer confidential assistance including planning for your child’s future, free counseling, parental support groups, insurance navigation and many resources you may not be aware of.

2. Our flagship workforce development program, Working Women Winning (WWW) has helped over 200 women become gainfully employed in the last 2 years. Our 8 week course offers software training, soft skills review, resume enhancing, setting up a LinkedIn page, mock interviews, interview clothing, and loaner laptops. We also have female CEO guest speakers, to inspire our students with stories of climbing the corporate ladder. WWW offers job placement assistance for up to 1 year for graduates. Working Women Winning has received several awards for its impact and success, including special recognition from Orange County Assemblywoman Laurie Davies and OC Supervisor Katrina Foley.

Under my leadership, The Flora May Foundation has helped countless parents find hope with their at-risk kids. We are a non-profit comprised of entirely women, including volunteers, staff and Board Members. Each member of our team has lived-experience in raising struggling children, which gives us unique insight to the parents we serve. Undiagnosed mental illnesses are a leading cause of risky behavior. The Flora May Foundation begins with assisting parents directly and confidentially, to help their child overcome his or her particular situation. 

We’ve been recognized as 2025’s Civic 50 Award, a significant achievement to community-minded companies. Additional achievements:
