2. Optimization of OTC Derivatives Confirmations operational model

Led the Optimization of OTC Derivatives Confirmations Operational model based on client pain points analysis/ requirements and benchmarking against market best practices. Developed a prioritized roadmap for OTC Confirmations transformation.
