The soft girl era killed your capacity.

I've coached hundreds of high-achieving women, and I keep seeing the same pattern: women who've invested thousands in nervous system work, somatic healing, and trauma-informed coaching...

And they're LESS capable than when they started.

Here's what nobody's telling you about building actual resilience:

Your window of tolerance doesn't expand from comfort. 

It expands from controlled challenge.

I learned this over 15 years of cycling the world's hardest mountain passes. Cold, wet, hungry, bonking with two more climbs to go and no choice but to finish.

The mountains don't care about your feelings.  Mother nature doesn't wait for you to feel ready.

Neither does success.

The problem? We are blaming biohacking and cold plunges for their imbalances when their bodies simply aren't physiologically strong enough to handle those exposures yet.

Not being able to withstand cold temperatures isn't sensitivity. It's atrophy from too much comfort.

Your nervous system will always find a reason you're not ready. That's its job.

Stop waiting.

Things I'm embodying to grow generational health + wealth in 2026:

✓ Functional fitness over aesthetics → pull-ups over abs

✓ Recovery capacity → HRV above 80, resting heart rate in the 40s

✓ Energy without stimulants → no coffee dependency, natural cortisol rhythm

✓ Chronically offline → deleting apps, unreachable for days

✓ Boredom tolerance → sitting with nothing, no phone scrolling

✓ Slow mornings → not checking my phone for the first 2 hours awake

✓ Spacious calendar → white space, saying no, protected time

✓ In-person everything → real conversations, face-to-face deals, analog experiences

✓ Dinner parties over DMs → hosting 6 people instead of managing 600 followers

✓ Small, curated circles → 5 deep friendships over 5,000 followers

✓ Multi-generational relationships → elders in my life, mentorship both ways

✓ Admitting I don't know → intellectual humility as a flex

✓ Regulated nervous system → not reactive, pausing before responding

Imagine if you had more energy in your late 30s-40s than in your 20s. YES, IT’S POSSIBLE. You see:

Growing up, I watched everyone around me dread getting older, complaining they were ‘done’ at 25 or 30. It baffled me—my AuADHD brain naturally didn’t buy into the fears that results from following the herd.

Many things you’ve been taught in conventional wisdom have been wrong.

📌 My advice to ladies in their 20s-30s (and even 40s if you're just beginning your wellness journey): 

➡️ 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵!
↳ Caffeine affects women differently. It increases cortisol and can worsen hormonal imbalances, especially when consumed on an empty stomach.

➡️ 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻.
↳ While beneficial, prolonged fasting can disrupt hormones if not done correctly. Women need to fast differently than men based on cycle phases.

➡️ 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲.
↳ During the luteal phase, the body relies more on fat for fuel. Adjusting workouts and nutrition to match hormonal shifts optimizes results.

➡️ 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗻.
↳ Because of higher body fat percentages, women retain more environmental toxins, which can disrupt hormones, fertility, and metabolism. Detoxification is essential.

➡️ 𝗣𝗖𝗢𝗦, 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻’𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺.
↳ These conditions are often linked to insulin resistance, inflammation, gut dysbiosis, and environmental toxins—not just “bad luck” or genetics. Fertility is also a sign of good health.

➡️ 𝗚𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵.
↳ The gut microbiome helps regulate estrogen metabolism—imbalances can lead to estrogen dominance, PCOS, and painful periods.

↳ Most commercial skincare has endocrine disruptors, inflammatory seed oils, and toxins that accelerate aging and disrupt hormones.

➡️ 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱.
↳ Most medical studies are based on male physiology, meaning women’s health issues are often dismissed, misdiagnosed, or misunderstood.

Now, I’m not here to scare you but to remind you that you are in control. You will never be able to completely eliminate toxins from your life, instead, focus on eliminating exposure. 

Take baby steps.

Apply the 80/20 rule: ensure 80% of your habits are dialled in, and don't worry about the 20% because you may get hit by a car tomorrow anyway.

I rarely talk about my tech skills and “what I do”.

I’ve been consulting and hustling since I was 15. I taught myself how to code and design when I was 9, despite my passions being in medicine and science (ironically, I thought I was too dumb to pursue medicine since I came from a poor, uneducated family).

I began my first successful career at the age of 18.

Almost a decade later, I quit my 9-5 forever.

How I “break fast” as a cyclist, endurance athlete, burning thousands of calories a day. 🍽️🚴🏻‍♀️

I don't eat “breakfast”, but I “break fast” at around 11-12 because that suits MY schedule.

The word breakfast literally means to break the fast, the overnight fast your body goes through while sleeping. So technically, breakfast is just your first meal of the day, no matter what time you eat it.

💣 BOMB DROP: Breakfast, being the most important meal of the day, was actually made up by big food companies. In the early 1900s, John Harvey Kellogg (yeah, that Kellogg) pushed cereal as a 'healthy' way to start the day… mostly to sell processed grains.

Later, PR firms paid for studies and headlines that said skipping breakfast was bad for you. Sound familiar?

No wonder everybody is obese, anxious, depressed, sick, diseased, or dying! 💣

A few years back, right after my 2020 burnout hit, I had this quiet realization: I'd built a solid career, but the path wasn't lighting me up anymore.

It wasn't easy because, honestly, it took years to shed my old identity, but I LOVED the process; the small wins, the clarity that came from syncing my biology with what I actually wanted to build.

→  Fear of losing control?
→  Midday energy slumps?
→  Anxiety over the unknown?
→  Doubting your new identity?
→  Overwhelmed and don't know where to start?

They diagnosed me with ADHD at 36. Didn't feel relief. Or rage. Mostly just: "Okay, and?"

A couple years, I didn't even know what "neurodivergent" meant.

Life was kinda perfect. Started my career at 18 while building multiple brands and ecom stores online. Left corporate while friends were just starting theirs. Climbed the steepest mountains on my road bike effortlessly.

The system I'd built for myself just... worked. In fact, I quit my 9-to-5 because my life was too "perfect" (becareful what you ask for!). 😆

Then, 2020 collapsed everything. Car accident. Pandemic. Two startups simultaneously. Toxic relationship implosion. My body staged a revolt.

Spent the next two years rebuilding from scratch.

During that rebuild, something shifted. I started gravitating toward different people:

↳ Entrepreneurs whose brains moved at warp speed. 

↳ Innovators who saw patterns everywhere. 

↳ Conversations that bounced between ten topics without anyone getting lost. Neurotypicals think we cray (my BF thinks I am!).

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲.

That's when I started exploring what neurodivergence actually meant. And when the diagnosis came, it just clicked.

What I learned is that it's not a disorder. 

𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟵-𝘁𝗼-𝟱 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝘄𝗲'𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘀 "𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹."

And there's a massive wealth gap between ADHD people who figure this out and those who don't.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁: 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗗𝗛𝗗 𝘁𝗮𝘅 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿. 

↳ Late fees
↳ Lower earnings in traditional employment
↳ Impulse purchases during dopamine emergencies
↳ Constant friction with systems designed for different brains

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗱𝗼: 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗗𝗛𝗗 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗱. 

↳ Building businesses around hyperfocus
↳ Leveraging pattern recognition for market timing
↳ Using "impulsivity" as decisive action while everyone else is still scheduling meetings about meetings

The difference isn't medication or therapy (though both can help) but understanding you're not broken... you're just expensive to run in the wrong infrastructure.

Like running a sports car on the wrong fuel. Technically it works, but it's painful and costs way more than it should.

✓ Your pattern recognition sees opportunities others miss.

✓ Your hyperfocus builds expertise that commands premium positioning. 

✓ Your impulsivity makes decisions while others are paralyzed by analysis.

These aren't bugs. They're features, darlin.

Expensive features that only work profitably in the right infrastructure.

Their energy says "survival."

Their nervous system is still calibrated to the ceiling they outgrew two years ago.

And then they wonder why nothing shifts.

Here's what nobody teaches you about building something magnetic:

↳ Strategy doesn't create momentum. Alignment does.

↳ Attention is currency, and mediocrity is bankruptcy.

↳ Your external world will never outpace your internal calibration.

You can have the best funnel, the best offer, the most polished brand in the room and still repel everything you want because your biology is broadcasting a frequency that doesn't match the vision.

✓ Your fire has to match your moves.

✓ Your moves have to match your vision.

✓ Your vision has to be wired into your nervous system, not just pinned to your wall.

I didn't build this life by working harder.

I built it by becoming the woman who could hold it.

Different energy. 
Different decisions. 
Different results.

The brand didn't create the life.
The alignment created the brand.

And the moment my internal frequency matched where I was going, everything that was meant for me started arriving like it had been waiting.

Because it had been.

I died at age 6.

I was lying on the staircase at my grandparents' house when I floated out of my body. 

Saw myself from above. 
Then the house. 
The city. 
The planet. 
The universe.

"We are so tiny and insignificant," I thought to my SIX-YEAR-OLD-SELF.

Then I was back. A few seconds that changed everything.

Ego death.

This incident came back to me a few years ago, and it helped me realize:

The bottleneck isn't your strategy. It's your nervous system's capacity to hold what your next level demands.

Children access expanded states naturally; their brains operate at different frequencies. Their nervous systems haven't learned to guard against ego dissolution yet.

Adults train themselves out of it. Build walls to protect their sense of "I." Then wonder why they can't access the very states that require those walls to dissolve.

This is why some people "just know things." 
Why some see patterns others miss. 

Why some hold massive complexity without collapsing.

It's not mystical, just nervous system capacity.

Every time you approach a threshold; more revenue, bigger decisions, more visibility, your body asks: "Can I handle this?"

If the answer is no, you self-sabotage back to safety.

You've read the books.

Attended the conferences.

Listened to every podcast.

This is the most common pattern I see in elite achievers.

They are not lacking knowledge. 
They are drowning in it. 

They have more frameworks, strategies, and playbooks than they could implement in a lifetime. 

But nothing changes.
The business still hasn't launched.
The comfort zone still hasn't been crossed.
The toxic job or relationship still has a grip.

Here's your business coach never told you:

The problem was never information.
The problem is capacity.

Your nervous system has a "safety range" for how much success, growth, and change it can hold.

Exceed that range and your body pulls you back to baseline.

Not because you're weak or lack discipline

Because your biology is doing exactly what it was designed to do: protect you from the unfamiliar.

I lived this.

I used to start projects and never finish them.

Businesses that would gain momentum then collapse.

Ideas that were brilliant on paper but never survived execution.

I thought I was broken… thought I just wasn't built for follow-through.

Then I learned what was actually happening.

Every time I hit a new level of success, whether it was a new income bracket, more visibility, more responsibility, my subconscious would pull me back.

Self-sabotage!
Get sick right before a launch.
Lose a client at the worst time.
Pick a fight.
Procrastinate on the one thing that mattered most.

My nervous system did not have the capacity to hold that new level. So it created chaos to return me to what felt safe.

This is the story of almost every high achiever I've ever worked with.

The fix isn't more information.

It's not another book or course or mastermind.

It's def ain’t willpower.

The fix is regrounding your nervous system and recalibrating your energy so your biology can actually sustain the success your mind already knows is possible.

𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁.

But that visibility?
That's the price of expansion.

The nervous system work isn't learning to avoid judgment. It's building the capacity to be judged... and keep moving anyway.

There's a version of you designing the exact life you want right now.
