Full-cycle sales of hearing instruments, fitting software and diagnostic capital equipment (audiometers, real ear measurement equipment and otoacoustic emissions analyzers. Grew territory revenue 147% from $2.3MM to $5.7MM in the first 24 months by moving prospects and customers through the sales funnel and pipeline. Increased ARR to $6.8M by 2017 before being promoted to National Account Manager. Teamed with marketing, national accounts, business development, clinical training, and other cross-functional departments to create and implement effective training, marketing, and territory business plans which continued to drive ARR and customer loyalty and retention.
