I thrive when working directly with other perceptive business owners as their PR and marketing strategist or as a fractional CMO. My journey into public relations began in college, and I've been captivated by its dynamic nature ever since. Each campaign presents a distinct challenge, requiring a fresh approach and continuous learning. I often wake up with new ideas for articles, content creation strategies, or tweaks to enhance a client's campaign.

From my early career at a Chicago agency, I've loved the strategizing and planning required to achieve exceptional results. Working with talented, like-minded individuals energizes me. I've never been one to 'phone it in,' so when the opportunity to start my own agency arose in 2002, I embraced it, knowing it would be both challenging and rewarding.

After more than 20 years, I now lead a small global team that excels at amplifying client news and brand stories. Together, we communicate credibility, preserve brand equity, and activate influencer groups for B2B clients in packaging and energy. I am a reliable partner for companies needing guidance during periods of change or growth.

In addition to leading my agency, I occasionally serve as a fractional CMO or outsourced communications lead when it best serves my clients' needs.

This works out well since leadership has been a cornerstone of my career. Starting with my role at Gibbs & Soell in 1999, where I served as global marcom manager and deployed a $1.2 million budget for Dow Performance Foams. This experience laid the foundation for my skills in strategic oversight and fiscal management, which I've continued to refine over the years. My writing has been recognized by industry-leading trade publications like Packaging Technology Today and Paper, Film & Foil Converter, where I served as editor and contributing writer. I also contribute to Forbes and Entrepreneur, further establishing my thought leadership and credibility.
