I've spent 15+ years on both the organizational and agency side helping organizations build and implement digital marketing strategies. Before swell, I grew two digital agencies as the Director, Brand + Digital Strategy at ignite and the Vice President, Digital Marketing at Aztek.

Prior to my agency life, I led the Marketing & Digital team at ERC, where I oversaw the organization's marketing and digital strategy.

I am an accomplished digital marketing and creative leader with 10 years of experience in the insurance, financial, and technology industries. I have a strong background in branding, digital advertising, search engine optimization, and website design.

Before my current role, I was the Head of Creative Marketing at Buckle, a fintech company revolutionizing the insurance industry for rideshare and delivery drivers. I managed creative collateral, design direction, and contributed to performance marketing. Before joining Buckle, I worked at Drive My Way for over 3 years where I managed and led the organization's marketing department, including a team of top-performing marketers. In my role, I oversaw and optimized Drive My Way's digital presence to drive organic leads through targeted and customized marketing campaigns. These efforts resulted in over 4,000% growth in website users, 85% of traffic from organic search, and doubling the annual recurring revenue.

Before joining Drive My Way, I worked at ERC for nearly 4 years where I oversaw and managed the organization’s digital marketing efforts and technology strategy. Some of my key achievements at ERC included redesigning and developing all three of the company's websites; initiating, proposing, and building a new line of passive, profitable business in the online training space; and generating over $500,000 of revenue through my digital marketing strategy and execution.  

Before ERC, I worked in marketing and graphic design roles at companies including Cleveland Clinic, ipsoCreative, and Szarka Financial. Additionally, I completed freelance projects for a variety of companies, some including the Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Business Connects Magazine, Hobe & Lucas CPAs, and Moscarino & Treu. 

I graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Marketing and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication Design. In addition, I have earned a collection of digital marketing, graphic design, and SEO certifications from HubSpot Academy, Google Analytics Academy, and BrightEdge.
