I've spent 15+ years on both the organizational and agency side helping organizations build and implement digital marketing strategies. Before swell, I grew two digital agencies as the Director, Brand + Digital Strategy at ignite and the Vice President, Digital Marketing at Aztek.

Prior to my agency life, I led the Marketing & Digital team at ERC, where I oversaw the organization's marketing and digital strategy.

After sale of company, I transferred to a temporary position in Solon, in the Customer Service department.  There I assisted as back-up receptionist, answered calls for the CS department, processed RMA’s and sample requests, entered orders, credits and sponsorship agreements, maintained spreadsheets and many other various projects as needed.

ERC (Employers Resource Council)

Responsible for all front desk duties and overall operations of the office.  Handle issues with utilities, building management, cleaning company and other vendors.  Coordinate and ensure the front desk is covered.  Maintain company calendar, schedule meetings, distribute mail, answer multiple phone lines and greet guests with exemplary customer service.  Put new operational procedures and guidelines into place.  Ensure that all new employees are set up with regards to orientation, welcome program, computers, procedures, proper new hire documentation, etc.  Handle technology concerns for staff and company and oversee the implementation of two new servers and 13 new workstations.  Help negotiate contracts for new phone service, postage equipment, 2 new copiers and company travel needs.  Plan staff meetings, company clambakes, holiday parties and other various special luncheons and parties.  Maintain office equipment and order supplies for kitchen and supply room.  Also functioned as the assistant to the President of the company and supported other departments when needed. I also functioned as a Surgery Scheduling Secretary.  Duties included: scheduling surgeries, contacting various department secretaries and physicians to confirm times and cases and resolve discrepancies, generate and maintain a schedule for the surgical staff.
