11 years ago, I got sober. That decision didn't just change my life it completely rewired how I approach sales, leadership, and relationships. I've taken two companies from just over $1M ARR to nearly $3M ARR while building the playbook, running the plays, and scaling the team. I've hired, coached, and managed BDRs, AEs and AMs. I've closed complex deals, run POCs, and consistently hit quota by focusing on what actually works: genuine relationships, strategic outreach, and a relentless commitment to the process.

Business Lead on the Leave Management Migration project responsible for process development and implementation, lead training development with a diverse set of team members (across Claims, IT, Sales, Underwriting and Customer Service). Successfully led communication planning and implementation, process management and change management initiatives on this 2 year long-term project. Developed a process that was used as a model of best practices for future enterprise-wide and cross-functional projects.

Provide the company’s business community with training and communications leadership plus change management expertise on strategic projects by consulting and implementing effective solutions. Below are several examples of accomplishments in this role:
• Training Lead for the business implementation of various highly visible strategic initiatives providing training strategy, needs analysis, design training solutions, identify risks, lead team in development of materials, implement and evaluate all training programs.:

Managed a variety of projects for HRO to identify business process and change management opportunities as well as address production problems. 
• Led and participated in project teams to solve business process issues in human resource management, payroll, staffing and talent management and development. 
• Acted as a senior business analyst on development team for creation of RIF system and processes.
• Resolved PeopleSoft systems issues for payroll and manager self-service applications (HR Excellence Award, 2005).
• Developed seven curriculums for HR Operations job families for the HR College project  as assistant dean of HR College (HR Excellence Award, 2004).
• Trained managers across the country on the use of manager self-service applications.

Sr. IT/HR Business Consultant

Counseled senior management on human resource functions including communications, policies, procedures, employee relations issues, compensation strategies, attraction and retention activities, and organizational efficiency strategies. 
• Handled employee relations issues for Print Shop, Legal and Corporate Relations staff and partnered with Employee Relations to investigate and successfully resolve matters.
• Directed an 18-month project to develop and implement the Women’s Leadership Conference for The Hartford’s corporate leaders. (Special recognition award, 2003).
• Led a project team to design, develop and implement a curriculum for leaders.
• Co-designed and conducted the IT Leadership Forum programs in 2000 and 2001.
• Directed the development of content for all IT job families for a career planning application.

HR Generalist

• Designed and implemented a Consulting Skills curriculum for HTSC consultants. 
• Co-facilitated team of 10 members to research and fit Human Resources into the HTSC business model. 
• Developed, implemented, and conducted the HTSC New Hire Orientation Program for 3 years.
• Facilitated an educational forum for IT leaders, including all event planning and communications.
